The patient is 3 days post-op after undergoing a trim labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction (CHR). She feels that, due to her natural anatomy, achieving an "innie" look may not be possible and is concerned that her clitoral area appears large and wide. At this early stage, swelling is still significant, especially around the clitoral hood, which can make it look more prominent than it will be once fully healed. Healing and tissue settling take weeks to months, so further changes are expected as the swelling continues to go down.
