From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The waiting room is not only spotless but stylish and comfortable as well. Mimi, who escorted me back from the waiting area, was fantastic!! She took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I was fully prepared. She was so sweet and personable, which made my visit even more enjoyable. It was nice getting to chat with her before having my lips re-done. During my treatment, I passed out, but the team handled it very well, reassuring me that it’s not uncommon and making sure I was comfortable. Overall, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and my lips turned out great!! Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. They did a procedure on my skin that never should have been done in the first place. Then when you call and have questions about why the results are worse rather than better, they simply ignore you and refuse to talk to you to answer your questions. "Oh she will call you back on her lunch" or "oh she will definitely get back to you before the end of the day". Yeah, she never called back, and this has been going on for almost 2 weeks now. Sounds like the person who did my skin doesn't want to discuss what she did made things worse. And never once when I talked to the receptionist(s) was I rude or demanding. I simply wanted to ask and discuss if the poor results will get better, or if it's something that needs addressed. Unbelievable how unprofessional this place is, or at least the person who did my treatment is for downright refusing to return my multiple phone calls. Another medical professional told me the treatment I received at this place should have never happened in the first place due to my specific circumstances, hence why the results caused even more problems (and more wasted money).

Awful experience. He doesn’t stand behind his work. i had to pay 11,500. to have my implants removed because of the way they were put in and the paint was causing me. I should have never gone back to him after the sunken spot in the side of my face that he tried to fix with filler that just drooped down toward my jaw.

Since I started coming to this place, I have loved every experience. I have had laser hair removal done, face lasers including moxi, & laser genesis, also the hydro facial. I love my results and I am very happy. Highly recommend all. Kayla is awesome, super friendly & she knows her stuff!! The rest of the staff is also awesome! Can not wait to continue doing new treatments & trying their products!
