It felt really empowering to make a decision for myself about my body, and I’m so grateful I had Dr. Kamakshi Zeidler and the entire Aesthetx team to guide me through it. I came to Dr. Z for a breast lift with internal bra and an upper blepharoplasty, and from start to finish, I felt incredibly supported and cared for.
Dr. Z is an exceptionally skilled surgeon with a great eye for aesthetics. She really understood the look I was hoping for and delivered results that I’m thrilled with. My incisions were handled with so much care, and the minimal scarring has far exceeded my expectations. Recovery was smooth, and I always felt like I had a strong support system if I needed anything along the way.
The team also provided really thorough preparation and guidance leading up to the surgery, which helped me feel much more at ease — especially since I’m naturally squeamish. Having the on-site OR made a big difference too; it was reassuring to have my procedure done in the same familiar, welcoming space where I also go for non-surgical treatments.
This was my first surgery experience, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better one. I’m so grateful to Dr. Z and the Aesthetx team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who values impeccable standards, a modern aesthetic, expert skill, and genuinely caring support.

Big fan here. As someone who historically chose bangs over Botox, I was a hesitant recruit—laser treatments can be a pretty considerable investment. But then I saw my sister’s results. Another friend’s. My own MOTHER'S. Each emerged from Helen’s care with hauntingly beautiful, glassy skin. I became a believer.
Whatever your skin goals or fantasies, Helen can realize. Her obsessive attention to detail, protocol, and process maximizes every treatment. She knows her craft, and her work is absolutely beautiful. She approaches to treatment like a clinical study, collecting a comprehensive data set to track your skin’s evolution and tailor the plan accordingly. (And side note, while many in my circle now see her, she maintains absolute confidentiality—even when we accidentally out ourselves to her, talking about how good each other's skin looks. Her level of professionalism is unreal.)
A word of warning: you will navigate the world differently after time with Helen, sporting wide-brimmed hats, forever drenched in SPF 50, suddenly aware that great skin is the result of a million micro habits—plus a few major decisions, like starting a program with Helen.
And yes, you’ll stand a little taller, with shoulders back and down. It just kind of happens when your skin looks so good. :)

Seriously everyone behind the scenes from reception to the medical assistants has been nothing but amazing. I’ve always wanted to get something done for years and finally took the leap. They answered all of my questions, concerns and worries and with their help and assurance, recovering from these procedures was truly a breeze. I currently go to the Los Gatos office and I will be going back for more micro needlings and diamond glows in the future!

I saw Helen Koo for laser treatment of my face and neck. She offered guidance that wasn't pushy but I trusted her expertise. I had a million questions, especially after the procedure. Helen and all of the staff were super responsive and kind. I am not finished YET, but already I am super happy with the results and I especially love everyone I have worked with at this practice. They are kind, experienced and supportive!

I had a great experience at Aesthetx. The waiting room was very nicely appointed. I was offered a water and promptly shown to my room on time. I was helped by Adrian before seeing Dr H. He was very friendly and professional. Dr. H walked me through the benefits and limitations of PRP and made me feel informed. I will definitely return to Aesthetx in the future.
