My healing was fast and as comfortable as can be. Dr Dulin has an amazing surgical hand. IMO he is an artist to help us look our Very best! I am so happy with my results! I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Alan Dulin and his exceptional team at the American Institute of Plastic Surgery. After experiencing a rupture in my left silicone implant after 11 years, which led to various health issues, I was understandably anxious about the need for revision surgery. Fortunately, Dr. Dulin was able to schedule my surgery within a month, which I truly appreciated. During the procedure, Dr. Dulin removed all the scar tissue and replaced both of my implants with the newest and safest upgrades, increasing the size to 600 cc. I am thrilled to report that I haven’t felt this good in a long time. The results are fantastic, and my breasts look great! While I did notice that I have slightly worse scarring than after my initial surgery, Dr. Dulin used the same incisions, and I am currently working on lightening that area. However, this is a small concern compared to the overall fantastic outcome of the surgery. Dr. Dulin's professionalism and expertise are evident, and his team made sure I felt supported and reassured throughout the entire process. I am now a little over a year post-op and couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. Thank you, Dr. Dulin and the wonderful staff at the American Institute of Plastic Surgery, for giving me my confidence and healthy body back!

I was thoroughly impressed with the treatment I received through the whole process, from the preop appointment to the latest post op check in. The nurse's staff were clear and concise, thorough and very positive about me and the upcoming experience. I felt welcomed, informed, and uplifted. Dr. Dulin also provided clarity and exuded confidence and expertise.

I got to surgery august of 2022 with Dr. Alan Dulin as my surgeon. I got a consultation really fast and my surgery was I believe a week or 2 after, they were very timely. The cost was a lot lower than most surgeons and I didnt use my insurance so I was impressed by that. After my surgery my nipples gave me a lot of problems but I was told by them I was over hydrating them and they recommended I use something else to keep my nips hydrated, so I did. I followed everything they told me to do to a T. When I was done with all the check ups my nips healed HORRIFICALLY. My right nip is just a scar and my left nip resembles something more of a male nip though it is NOT what you would want as a nipple. I also always had what I though was a "fat pouch" left on my right side which i told them about and they said it would go away with time, it was just left over swelling- spoiler alert, it never went away. Anyway fast forward to present day, my nips always hurt me but I was more thankfully to not have breasts anymore that I didnt really mind the esthetic or the pain, though I had been planning on seeing a different surgeon at a later time to get it fixed but my point is I was in no rush. Today I woke up and found my left nip, the better of the two, was completely white and green. My primary was able to fit me in for an appointment today and upon examination she found that it was infected. Heres where the plot twists happens- I brought up my little "fat pouch" that Ive always had and she examined it and found Dr. Dulin left some glands behind on my right side and on my left side he took out too much fat to the point its just skin and bones. Luckly, I have an amazing doctor and she is reffering me to a better plastic surgeon to fix his mistakes but I wanted to go ahead and write this review because I see so many people suggest Dr. Alan Dulin for gender affirming top surgery because of his no drains techniques. He does have some good results for some patients but I feel people should know about his mistakes as well as his successes and he messed up bad with me.

Dr. Dulin and his team are absolutely WONDERFUL! I had a breast augmentation/lift and the results have been amazing! From my consultation, to my surgery, and even after for post ops my experience has been exceptional. I would recommend Dr. Dulin to anyone!
