Align is awesome. Incredibly caring and hospitable staff, clean facilities, excellent aftercare help and resources, very friendly and knowledgeable physicians, incredibly talented surgeons and in general a very safe accepting environment. Great reception staff, kind talented nurses, even the financial department is great and goes out of their way to assist with insurance. Yewei is so kind, skilled, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and talented. I cannot say enough good things about her. Dr Pang is a prodigy surgeon and incredible artist in the operating room. He is a soft spoken, kind, attentive and extremely talented surgeon that really seems to care about his patients and their needs and success. I have now had 2 surgeries with him and I believe that says alot about him and align surgical.

Upon arrival I was a bit anxious not knowing what to expect, but immediately after entering the office the staff made me feel extremely welcome. Very courteous and helpful. The office was clean and filled with books to read as well as water in the event I was thirsty. The front admin staff went ahead and even asked me if I wanted a sticker to help identify my pronouns so no one would get it wrong. It felt great to be validated and seen. Although I didn’t get one it was still offered, the doctor was great. He made me feel welcomed and asked me about my vision for surgery. I let him know what I pictured in my head as much as I could explain and he never interrupted and really listened. Overall great vibes. I appreciate the staff at align surgical can’t wait til surgery!

Yiwei is amazing and truly caring. Dr. Pang is a true artist in his craft. Natascha is so warm and helpful.

I thought Dr. Pang was very kind, informative, and helpful. He was also very understanding in what I wanted to do and provided feedback in a very positive respectful manner. I enjoyed how everyone had such a calm uplifting energy and attitude. The overall process was very easy and fast. With my overall experience I can say I would love to continue my journey with Dr. pang and Align Surgical Associates. This has been my best experience yet in meeting with a Dr. regarding my transition definitely would highly recommend.
