All About Women OB/GYN

During my last visit, the receptionist was belittling not only myself but several other patients to the point of crying. She accused me of not being on time to my appointment despite the fact that I was 15 minutes early to the appointment that I had waited 6 months for in hopes to finally getting an answer to a problem I've had for years. After the lady at the front desk got done telling me she refused to look up my insurance information and I could either self pay or miss my appointment, I finally got another woman to help me and asked to speak to a person above her regarding her disrespectful attitude. Once I went back to the waiting area another woman pulled me aside and thanked me for speaking up and was visibly shaking and in tears because she had also been yelled at by the receptionist. I asked to speak to a higher up again but conveniently one wasn't available and I was told I'd get a phone call. Obviously that never happened. Once I saw the provider I was not given any answers to the problems I've had for years besides being handed some pamphlets. Fast forward a few weeks I called back and asked if I could schedule an appointment with a different provider and I was told I had to speak with the clinic manager but she was in meetings and I would need to wait for her to call me back. I called again the next day, and the next day. She was still "busy", a week goes by and I finally get a call from Kim the clinic manager who let's me know that I can either see one of the two providers I've already seen there (the second being one I've seen twice for a prescription and was moved from without even being informed) or I can seek care elsewhere. I asked Kim how she suggested i do this when All About Women is one of the only providers in the area when she gave me the name to one other office, I let her know they aren't taking new patients. I want to let anyone who's thinking about seeking care from this place that they are awful and have no interest in actually caring for you. You are simply a dollar sign to them.

Like some people dread the dentist... well, I've always dreaded going to the OBGYN. I saw NP Tammie Mott today and she is AMAZING. I kind of wanted to gatekeep her, honestly—I'm sure she's already super busy. But the patience, care, and kindness she showed me were absolutely incredible. The rest of the staff I interacted with was also so caring. Tammy made me feel like next time I go in, I’ll be okay again. For the first time, I’m not dreading my next appointment. 1000000% recommend.

Always a great appointment with Tammie. She makes one of the most awkward moments seem like a breeze. I always appreciate how attentive she is and how I leave feeling as though I received the best care possible that day.

Michelle Sims is absolutely amazing, every time I see her she makes me feel comfortable and always feel heard! she listens to all of my questions and concerns and answers with compassion, care, and in a way for you to understand fully. i’ve seen her for both pregnancies and for regular check ups. 10/10 recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Tammie Mott at all about women, she is by far the best midwife in Bay County! She is so thorough, & truly care for her patients. You never feel rushed or like you’re a bother. She listens to all your concerns and questions, and makes you feel so at home with her. I recommend her to everyone, & I’m thankful to know her!
