I can’t put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Volshteyn and the incredible transformation they've facilitated in my life. From the very first consultation, I felt heard, understood, and supported in a way I hadn’t experienced with any other medical professional. Living with lipedema for years had left me feeling defeated and self-conscious, but Dr. Volshteyn not only addressed my physical concerns but also restored my confidence and hope for the future. The surgery itself exceeded my expectations in every way. Dr. Volshteyn took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable and well-informed. The results were truly beyond anything I could have imagined—my legs look and feel so much more proportionate, and I no longer have to live with the constant discomfort I once did. Dr V and the entire staff are outstanding. I have had three surgeries with Dr V and I couldn’t be happier. He has a great bedside manner, he is very knowledgeable and caring and amazingly skilled. Even when the office is busy I never have to wait and I never feel rushed. Everyone takes their time assisting you and making sure all of your questions are answered and you are comfortable. I really feel that Dr V and all of the staff care about me. As I mentioned, all of the staff is great but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how wonderful and how thankful I am to Natalie, Lauren, Katy and Pam. I have and will continue to recommend Atlantic Surgical Associates to anyone.

Dr. Volshteyn is a comprehensive and intentional diagnostician/clinician. He goes beyond the surgical approach and tries to explain the patient’s pathophysiology because he wants to make sure the surgery will ultimately serve the patient well for their lifetime. He is also a very kind soul..love his sense of humor. My husband and I connected with him. His staff are very patient and receptive to the individual patient. I felt heard, and my concerns addressed. For lipedema patients, that makes a critical difference. Centrastate hospital is a huge, well equipped facility that can tackle any complications if any, which allayed anxiety. The office remained involved with my post op experience just as much and maybe more than my pre op.

I have been to many doctors offices, but never one like this! I was told to be there by 11:15 or 11:30 appointment. I walked in at 11:15 and was taken right into the room by Natalie. My niece was with me because it was for my left hand so she drove me. Natalie could not have been nicer more efficient and knowledgeable. After spending some time with her, she went and came in with Dr. Boris. Again, he couldn’t have been nicer or more sympathetic about my hand. Before I knew it, we had a plan in place treating my hand. Everything was then written up and given to me. Natalie wouldn’t let us leave the office until both my niece and I understood the plan . also told me to call with any questions I have. I highly recommend this office for anyone with any issues covered by Dr. Boris!

I had met with Dr. Boris Volshteyn for a consultation, and he made me feel so comfortable to be able to open up to him about my health concerns. His medical knowledge and etiquette was remarkable. I am so glad that my husband and I took a 6 1/2 hour trip to meet him. I feel that he gave me the enlighten that I need to work on my health so he can provide the care I need. More visits are definitely coming in the near future.
