Atrium Health Women's Care Stanly OB/GYN

I like the provider, she was very nice and actually listened to me. However, the nurse didn’t pay attention to my chart and ended up asking me about a child that I ended up losing. It still makes me emotional so I was rather upset because I know they have the blood work seeing as it was done in this office. The provider was excellent though!

Natalie is my Doctor and I absolutely love her ! She is professional , kind and sweet and you can tell that she treat every patient the same but have a genuine care about whatever is going on with them . She give me advice and make sure to answer all of my questions . A few times I had to see a few other doctors because she was all booked up and the other doctors were all business more of a in and out kind of thing like the ER it make it seem like they really don't care about your personal needs just trying to get through the day !... Anyone looking for a female doctor I would highly recommend Natalie ❤️

I am now currently 28 weeks pregnant. I went here as a last resort due to the ob near me not calling me back. At first I was very satisfied with my visits until it became an issue. My visits were extremely short. I had concerns about my blood pressure dropping and every time I pointed it out it was dismissed and told it’s normal, told me ways to fix it. I would do what they recommended and still have issues. I felt dismissed about my issues. My due date changed also for my baby, and no one had communicated with my nurse about it..until i mentioned it at the next visit.. Going back a few weeks to when I was around 25 weeks. I had an appointment around April 8th. The next day I lost my mucus plug. Given that this is my first baby I had no idea what to expect. I was extremely worried that something may be wrong so I looked up pictures of discharge and a mucus plug on Google to at least compare and confirm what I was looking at. It looked exactly like a mucus plug. Me being worried I called my ob which was here in albemarle and a lady picked up and transferred me to speak with a nurse. She told me it was discharge probably. Then she told me she did not have a crystal ball to tell me what was wrong with me. Asked me if I had been sexually active within the past few days in which I responded yes and told me that it was probably sperm or discharge. Said if I wanted to go to the hospital then I could. I said no because I worked third shift and wouldn’t have time. Phone call ends. I look at my atrium app a couple days later and see that our phone call was reported to the atrium app. I go to look at details and she did not once mention my concern of me losing my mucus plug or that I had concerns of losing my baby. All she said was that I was concerned about discharge and that I STATED that I had sex recently even tho she’s the one who asked me. And that she told me it was just sperm or discharge. That I refused hospital because I had to work. I am now at a new obgyn in Pinehurst and they have been the best ever!

All of my visits with Natalie Little or Julianna Coley have been good, no complaints. I wish I was able to meet with one of the doctors who might deliver my baby more often, but overall I am happy with my care at Stanly Women's Care.

When I first walked in, they greeted me with a hello. The nurse took me back and she was so funny. She had me laughing. The doctor came in and it was a great experience. We talked about the plan we have for my reason why I was there it was good.
