It’s my last night here in Hialeah and I am 12 days post op from getting an extended tummy tuck with mussel repair, lipo 360 and BBL. I can not compliment the staff at Avana plastic surgery enough here in the Hialeah surgery center!!! I have to be honest I did research before coming as everyone should do and I was seeing a lot of reviews about staff being rude and not welcoming but I just don’t understand any of it now. I have been treated so well by each person that I have spoken with at this particular location!!! My Surgeon Dr. Stephanie Luster was awesome!!! She came in and just had the coolest vibe about her that made me feel comfortable with her from the start. I knew that she knew what I wanted and she asked all the right questions and made sure I had no questions and that I was comfortable and she takes her work seriously!! Genove, the manager I have to say is one of my favs!! She went above and beyond to make me feel safe and to understand everything I was getting ready to do. She was kind and always smiling. Diana my massage therapist was so sweet and kind to me and really helped me during all the difficult moments and made sure to do everything she could to send me out feeling comfortable and I can’t forget about all the others who have been just so kind to me, Ivan my medical assistant, he was always on top of everything and made me feel safe, Dayami my nurse practitioner amazing!!!! Jessica who fitted me for my faja, omg soooo sweet and Wendy who checked me in everyday and greeted me and sent me my massage appointment emails, the list just keeps going and ALL of them were the sweetest and kindest to me and very informative through out my stay and everyday they would greet me as a friend coming in for my massages. I can’t speak for everyone else who has had bad experiences here but I had a wonderful experience and just can’t relate the the bad reviews at all. I even added a few of the staff on my IG. I guess if you treat people the way you want to be treated then you get the same treatment back or that’s how I think and so I love all these guys!!! They have been nothing but nice to me and they deserve this review 100% Thank you all for everything you did for me and for making me feel welcome and helping me during a very important change in my life. I’ll definitely be back when I decide what comes next!!! 🙏❤️ -Donna-

Manager Genove made the process go so smoothly! She was amazing and so was her assistant! She knows what she’s doing, she helped me and gave me a lot of tips after surgery! Staff were amazing, especially Doctor McDaniel! He did a great job and they really know how to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend :)

Dr. Luster is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable, listens to what you want, and does everything she can to make your wishes come true. The staff at the clinic is also amazing. These girls are super caring and kind, they try to make you feel like they are part of you and make your recovery even better. I totally recommend that if you are looking for a place to get a cosmetic procedure done, you give them a visit. You will end up just like you dreamed.
