Dr. Avery Capone has been nothing short of amazing. He was meticulous, thorough, and had a great bedside manner through the entire process. He welcomed all questions, took the time to explain everything, I always left feeling comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving.

I am updating my initial 5-star review of Dr. Avery Capone following my surgery in February 2024. While I was initially impressed by his kindness, attentiveness, and the feeling that he genuinely listened and cared, my post-surgery experience has been a complete disappointment. During my most recent visit with Dr. Capone in February, I was shocked by how condescending and dishonest he appeared. It became clear that the kindness I had previously experienced may have been a façade to secure my business. Unfortunately, I didn't receive all the services I had paid for, and my recovery was far more painful and difficult than expected. To discover that my less-than-ideal results were partly due to missing services has been incredibly disheartening. After requesting a partial refund, I received a certified letter offering less than half of what I had asked for—contingent on signing a Release of Liability and Non-Disparagement Agreement. To be honest, I felt as though this letter was an attempt to brush me off and avoid accountability. It was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling dismissed. My advice to anyone considering Dr. Avery Capone’s services: Be cautious. The initial charm and attentiveness may be deceptive, and be wary of any additional surgery talks that seem to pop up after your first procedure. In my opinion, this approach is designed to lead you into more procedures rather than ensuring that the first one was done correctly. I strongly recommend finding a different surgeon—don't just walk away, run!

I had wanted this surgery for greater than 4 years and had initially gone to another surgeon for a quote. The other physician spent under 20 minutes with me and then gave me a quote. When I went to Dr. Capone, he spent over an hour with me, asking a lot of amazing questions to include expectations and the why's of it. It made me feel immediately comfortable. He also spent a lot of time with me to answer questions and throughout this process, I received immediate responses (even calling post surgery with random questions). His staff is so kind and comforting as well and I felt peace and calm. The process is still ongoing but I am thrilled with the results that I've seen in just a month.

Kind, listens to concerns. Clear, honest communication. Does not try to talk you into unnecessary procedures. Clearly explains options and realistic outcomes. Very skilled in modern surgical techniques. Passionate about the best possible outcome for your case. Great follow up. Have never felt rushed. I recommend Dr Avery Capone without reservation.
