We visited Ashley McGee at the Bassin Ctr on Aug 1st and I had the Dot Therapy. It went just great and Ashley was so amazingly gentle and explained the entire procedure to me! It’s been a month now and I still have a reddish face that looks like a light sunburn. Most of my dark age spots, acne scars, and fine lines like crows feet around my eyes are gone or very subdued or minimized! We are so grateful for Ashley that my wife scheduled the same therapy for November this year!Thanks again Ashley! Paul & Catherine R.

I recently saw Dr. Bassin for a lower blepharoplasty. I found him to be extremely honest and at the same time empathetic, with a great sense of humor. During the consultation he explained the entire process, even showing me a glimpse of what I'd look like. I went in fearful that I'd have to have general anesthesia, but he reassured me that most of his patients had the surgery under local. He was honest about that pinching when he would give me the needles to numb me, and now after the fact, I think he made it sound worse than it actually was. The procedure itself took a total of under half an hour. The local anesthesia had the same pinch as when I had dental surgery (the 2nd eye was worse because I was anticipating what he was going to do, but it didn't hurt terribly). After the surgery, the staff checked on me once a week followed by the next month (with having to text a photo in between to check in). I found the nursing staff to be absolutely EXCEPTIONAL as well, distracting me during the surgery so that I didn't even notice what Dr. Bassin was doing. It's now almost two months later and I can't stop staring at the results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bassin and the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery. Having been through the procedure I wouldn't hesitate to go back for other plastic surgery needs as I really felt as though I was in capable hands.

This is a great clinic. The staff is top notch and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, however there has not been one follow up call in over a week since the procedure. I really expected something the next day or even an office visit just to see how the implant and harvest areas looked. Very disappointing considering the money spent. I hope they fix this for future patients.

I am so happy with my results after my recent lower eyelid surgery. Dr. Bassin did an amazing job and his staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me feel comfortable throughout the surgery and recovery process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bassin to my friends and family members.
