I would 100% recommend this doctor’s office! The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. Dr. Hartley and his nurse, Summer, go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and comfortable. We've been patients here for over 15 years, and the level of care has always been exceptional. It's rare to find a team that is not only professional but also truly invested in their patients. We’re so grateful to have Dr. Hartley as our doctor!

Not only is he an exceptionally skilled surgeon with an incredible attention to detail, but he is also a genuinely kind and compassionate human being who truly cares about his patients’ outcomes. From the first consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Hartley took the time to listen to my concerns, explain every step of the process, and ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my decisions.

I had a breast reduction and lift done by Dr. Hartley and his wonderful staff, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Hartley is a miracle worker, and he’s funny, honest, and kind. The staff in the office and the surgical center are phenomenal. I’d recommend the clinic and Dr. Hartley to anyone. It’s hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any doctor and surgery.

Dr Winfield Hartley is a delight to work with. He is very personable and his bedside manner is fantastic. Aside from all of that he is a great surgeon and I’m so glad I chose him. I have so many doctors in the past that have been scared of my heart condition to do any type of procedure on me, but Dr. Hartley was very professional, told me to get my cardiac release and was able to complete my procedure with no issues and the results speak for themselves. I’m very happy with my results and it’s exactly what I was looking for so far. I am still in the healing process, after six weeks, things are looking amazing. They did my procedure at the Avista Hospital and the anesthesiology team there was also fantastic, I felt like I was in great hands and felt very safe with the entire team alongside the doctor. Dr Hartley also went over the expectations with me and u felt he was very true & honest. I was recommended to Doctor Hartley by a family member and I have already recommended him to a friend of mine.
