Will never go back. It was my first appointment and I was very nervous. I looked at a lot reviews to find a doctor or a PA I was comfortable with and made an appointment based on those reviews. The ultrasound technician did not introduce herself and did not explain the process. I had never had an ultrasound before and was extremely uncomfortable. She then didn’t leave when I had to get changed despite me clearly indicating that she should. I then waited a long time to see the PA. When I finally did, it was not the PA I made the appointment with, but instead a midwife who made suggestions about my weight that she even admitted were not scientific. I then waited again for a blood test which I told them I didn’t need, but was pressured into doing. Weeks passed and I received a letter saying I had to call them immediately because my test results were abnormal and it was vital to my health to come in. I called immediately and they said everyone was busy and no one could talk to me for 24 hrs. I was panicking and the receptionist told me to calm down and that there were other patients waiting. I spent the next 24 hours thinking the worst. The midwife then called me to tell me my test results were fine, but my family history put me at a high risk. I knew that. I’m the one who gave my family history. When I asked to confirm that was all the letter was regarding she said yes. When I explained that I spent the past 24 hrs thinking I had cancer, her response was “ok.” Please go somewhere else.

This office is a disgrace. It’s clear Youshko will do anything for a dollar. Called to tell me I had abnormal results. I was freaking out for a week, just to go and find that everything was fine. He blamed it on the receptionist. No!!! He needs you in the office so he can bill the insurance everything you show up. Plus I got a letter saying I was non-compliant with my health. That office nor that thief will ever touch me or see me again. So I called and the receptionist was completely sarcastic and spoke an unprofessional manner. She hung up the phone and I called my lawyer If you take anything from this. Please do not go there the receptionists are behave with low class.

This rating is solely on their operations. I decided to visit this clinic as I needed a faster appointment and it was easy to get to. I booked my appointment and when I arrived they said I had to pay $150 because I had not met my deductible and that it would be applied to my deductible. I found it odd because I’ve never had to pay that amount out of pocket. I paid it because I wanted a different opinion and honestly was desperate because of my current situation. When you arrive the receptionist tells you to leave urine. Ok makes sense for me since I’m going In there for a specific reason and a urine sample would be needed. I get seen right away… not much of a wait, I get seen by a physicians assistant, who was great, very friendly,, knowledgeable and she took the time to hear me out and gave me some advice. I was happy. 2 weeks later my health issue wasn’t resolved and I scheduled another appointment. I get there and the receptionist tells me I had to pay another $150. I said why? If I paid 2 weeks ago? Again she stated because I had not met my deductible, again being desperate I paid it. It took a while to see me but when I booked the appointment they told me they would squeeze me in, so I understood the wait especially since I wanted to see the same PA. After the appointment, I had to schedule another appointment so that I can get my cultures read back to me. I asked why can’t I get a phone call? Why do I have to schedule an appointment? Response was because they’re very busy and I need to be placed in a time slot: ok fine. So booked an appointment and I’m still waiting for my results to be verbally confirmed. Thankfully I have access to the labs and I saw them myself. Now here comes the best part, I finally get my EOB and my co payment was 10 dollars!!!! And nothing was applied to my deductible! Unreal!! So now I gotta keep calling them to get my reimbursement. When I called with my insurance rep, we asked why the 150 every visit and the response was that we don’t know what the patient will be getting done.. just some BS. They really know how to hire people yo give you the run around. Will I be going back to this place? absolutely not. Even my insurance rep was in shock in their process. Oh and I forgot to mention. I get a bill from the lab and it turned out they provided the incorrect DOB and it resulted in me getting a bill for 695$. However that was fixed by me! Unreal.

I was very nervous but Dr. Youshko and his staff put me at ease. The front desk ladies were polite and fun to talk to. We even had a little joking banter thing going on and that was very refreshing. The medical staff is on point. I dread these appointments every year and I left the doctor’s office feeling hopeful about my care. It was my first time seeing Dr. Youshko my previous doctor recently retired. Dr. Youshko made me feel very confident and at ease about my endometriosis treatment going forward. I can tell he is very knowledgeable. No matter the questions I asked he treated me with respect and never once dismissed my feelings. Also let me know I was in control of my treatment and gave me lots of options to think about, and to choose what is best for me. This was really refreshing.

The front desk staff was very helpful and nice… The person who did my sonogram was also very patient and helpful. The only problem was Dr. Portnaya, she seemed like she didn’t acknowledge my concerns and was in a rush. She didn’t come off as mean but I just wish she would have been more patient. She stuck the plastic spatula without any warning…. I didn’t see anything set out, so everything was touched with her bare hands … including my breast exam …. Which I understand, but at least wash your hands before touching my skin… I didn’t speak up because of my anxiety and I didn’t want to cause any problems. On top, the person that was doing my bloodwork only had one glove on, while touching my cotton to stop the bleeding. I asked her "If she was scared of getting blood on her, she stated no...." When it comes to health and safety I'm very careful about doctors' procedures and protocols. I just didn’t feel comfortable with this doctor, especially after asking about certain issues pertaining to my fibroids!!!! I felt like she was more concerned about me getting surgery than about my current health…. I probably will canceled my up-coming appointment and go somewhere else to be honest. I just want my results…
