Dr Dickerson and his staff are beyond wonderful i had a lipo360 BBL done on October 30, 2024 i am currently 12 weeks post op and I'm beyond pleased with my results. I love how Dr Dickerson welcome black and brown, curvy patients such as my self that are please with the services he provides my surgery went very well actually better than I thought it would I had no pain at all which was quite shocking I did have a little soreness after I was not bed bound at all I was actually up dancing with the kiddos hours after I'm currently thinking about going back late this year for a tummy tuck Dr Dickerson and his nurse Leslie assured me that I would get the results that I'm looking for and they were right my results is better than I thought it would be. Dr Dickerson told me that if i was in a nice fitted dress in a club that he bet i wouldn't have to pay for another drink and boy was he right.....His office is always nicely decorated and also have little treats for his patients in the waiting area mints, Coffee, tea I absolutely love this place I have not met so many wonderful people in one place especially a place that does surgical procedures. My husband and family thank you as they were very involved in my healing and results process Thank You Dr Dickerson and the entire Cape Fear Aesthetics staff i really appreciate each and everyone of you for making my experience wonderful...

I debated leaving this review or not but I’ve decided that I need to in order to hopefully prevent others from having their nose ruined. I had a rhinoplasty done here by Dr. Dickerson in 2021. My nose was extremely swollen when the cast was taken off which can be normal. I expressed my concerns with how big it still looked an entire year after my procedure was done and they kept insisting that the swelling would go down… so I waited, and waited, and waited… Finally I called again and said I wanted a revision rhinoplasty done because it was clear that it wasn’t swelling anymore. He simply didn’t make my nose as small as I wanted it. It was still so big and I was really unhappy. After my revision procedure it was extremely swollen again. I spent another entire year waiting for the swelling to do down. I visited another plastic surgeon in the state I moved to just to get a second opinion and he told me I had a bad nose job done and that the only way to fix it would be with another nose job. A THIRD nose job. I hate my nose four years later after the initial procedure and they never scheduled any follow up appointments with me after the second procedure. They wanted me gone and to stop complaining. My nose is crooked to this day, the tip is huge and it’s still so swollen. I am devastated and I have cried many nights because of it and I can’t afford a third nose job. Thousands of dollars and four years later and my nose is ruined. Do not go to Dr. Dickerson for a rhinoplasty. Based off some of the other reviews it sounds like I’m not the only one. His staff is wonderful and treated me well but he should not be performing nose jobs. Period. I am a house hermit now who rarely goes anywhere because of how awful my nose is and how much I hate it. I am so depressed and hate how I look. The pictures I uploaded here (excuse the no makeup I know I look awful) are four years after rhinoplasty number one and three years after rhinoplasty number two. I waited THREE years after the second procedure to see if maybe they were right and it just needed more time but it seems like it’s just getting worse, and I can’t even call them for help because they will just gaslight me again or tell me I have to pay for a third nose job and I can’t.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Dickerson and Julie! I felt comfortable the whole process! Dr. D did an awesome job removing my keloid from my recent hair transplant with such a small incision. Definitely would recommend! (They’re personality really made me feel super comfortable and confident)

Very pleasant staff! Mrs. Lesli was patient with me and answered all my questions o and concerns about my surgery. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery.
