I have been with this practice for 15 years. I love them! I have had the pleasure of seeing majority of the Dr's and never had an unpleasant experience. Everyone is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and they actually listen to you, not just hear your words and ignore them. It's hard to find physicians that understand and consider your concerns, not just textbook care.

After doing all the research of where I should go, I decided to come here because of good reviews. It’s my first time doing a routine ob/gyn exam in America. I was very nervous but the assistant (Lindsey) was very friendly and listened to me with a great attitude. Courtnay Staab was also very nice and friendly. She made me feel at ease and keeping me calm by talking to me. She’s very professional. I definitely will come back to do my routine exam with her! It was a great visit and now I have my own favorite people who I can come back to see every year! Thank you ( Courtnay & Lindsey) you guys made me feel very welcome! 😊

Back staff was really friendly. Front staff do not know their own policy. I am planning to have a child, and of course want to make sure I am healthy. Going in front staff don’t know a clear billing question, nor will they go out of their way to find out for you. My question was simply “do you guys send your paps to quest” Instead, Kayla who I wasn’t speaking too, for good reason, as the last time with her, she was very dimissve. Call quest, which I did. By the way. But she wouldn’t know that because she didn’t let me talk. Interrupted, and was explaining again “oh you got to call Quest” .. I’m like you don’t know your billing? After disagreeing with her, at this point she was beyond frustrating to work with, and trying to explain my question, she interrupted me multiple times. I trying to interject and she put her hand up and was like “hold on I am talking” Yep. The one interrupting me. Was annoyed I interrupted her!! NEWS FLASH, drum roll please…. She again told me “to call quest”. Because she couldn’t go into her managers office “less than” 5 feet away and ask a question. Which by the way, the manager EASILY answered my question. After all knowing Kayla pointed for me to go into her office, like I was a small school child, and not someone who is PAYING. I will not be back at that office with her attitude.

I came back to Cherokee Women's today to confirm my second pregnancy. I transferred mid term in 2021 to have my first baby and loved every single provider. Dr. McLeod ended up delivering my transverse baby via C-section, my worst fear at the time and I had the best experience ever. Coming back today was surreal and I got to see the midwife Susan. She also had a student who was beyond wonderful. The front office staff, phlebotomist, US tech, nurse and of course midwife (& one in training!) were all amazing, friendly, patient and kind. They all eased any concerns, treated me so kindly and gave me such a great experience. I'm so excited to be back the next 6 months and to deliver with Cherokee women's again! 5/5 stars always! Thank you all for everything you do!

Not happy with the Doctors here. I'm 54 yrs old and have not had a peroid in a long time. I went in because I was feeling like I had a yeast infection and Courtney Staab swabbed me. 2 days later I started bleeding so bad I was changing a pad every hour! I went to get a ultrasound the day and Dr Lisa McLeod was very short and not friendly at all. She rushed me out of the room. I still had questions and they said I would have to make another appointment cause she had to go to lunch!! Are you kidding me?? I was crying when I left that appointment!!! She put me on progesterone which did help the bleeding for a couple weeks but refused to refill the prescription!!!! Im so happy I went back to my old gyno Dr Webb in Kennesaw !!!lll He's very good and very caring!!! He did the Hysteroscopy on me within a couple weeks. Thank God cause I was gonna have to wait almost 3 months for cherokee woman's to do the procedure!!!
