I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Lin and the entire team at Chicago Breast & Body surgical office in River North. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding especially with Jenny, Dr. Lin’s patient care coordinator, who made everything seamless and stress-free. She was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. My earlobe repair results are truly remarkable. I’m beyond happy with the outcome , it exceeded my expectations in both appearance and recovery. The care I received on the day of surgery, as well as during the post-operative period, reflected the highest standards of safety and professionalism. I felt supported, informed, and very well taken care of at every step. The office itself is in a fantastic, convenient location and is both clean and aesthetically pleasing modern, calm, and welcoming. The front desk staff were kind and efficient, and the OR/PACU team made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel completely manageable. As someone going through their first minor surgical procedure, I genuinely appreciated how they helped ease my anxiety. I’ll absolutely be returning in the near future for other surgical procedures ( Breast Aug ) perhaps hehe , and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Lin and the other surgeons at this practice. Their dedication to patient care, safety, and results is truly top-tier.

Came in August to do a cosult with Monika. She was very pleasant and helpful with my questions and providing feedback along with my next steps in the journey. I had my procedure on Sept 4 2024 and was provided with a 24hr on-call nurse to answer any concerns or questions. I have had post-op consultations with Monika and Dr. Truong and was able to see amazing results! What I liked most about my transformation, aside the looking slimmer, is my belly button. I as, I call it, have a "sexy" belly button. He did a masterpiece and I get to have it. Thank you, for my amazing transformation!

I did A LOT of research prior to choosing Dr Truong and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. He and his entire team have been nothing short of amazing. I never felt hurried or dismissed. Monika and Lauren always responded to me and helped me stay calm when I’d get anxious. My body looks better than ever and so natural which was important to me. Dr Truong did a phenomenal job explaining everything and being upfront with what to expect. I have the body of my dreams and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I have my confidence back ,and you just can’t put a price on that. If I ever have any more procedures I’ll choose Chicago Breast & Body again.

I was scheduled for the invasive procedure (Dr. Kevin Linn), but got panic attack night before the surgery, and canceled. Couldn't overcome the fear of operation. They took $3K of my deposit, just for having extra 1 hour break between their ops that day. When I tried to negotiate, they threatened they will not return the whole amount (over $10K!). I do not know about their professional skills, as doctors, but as humans - super greedy. We all know doctors are top earners in this country, and do not tell me that canceling my surgery broke your bank. Greed is their priority, will not return or recommend.
