I inquired about Pellet-Therapy (TRT), first email came back asking me about plastic surgery. I responded to the email that I wasn’t interested in plastic therapy but the pellet-therapy. Several enails later that was cleared up then told I only had 2 different days to show up for a consultation because Dr Paresi was in surgery the other days. So they accommodated me on my day off (Monday) and Jeanette set me up with an appointment that day which she said would be only 15 mins. So, I came in early for my consultation on Monday and it was a very sub par experience. The first thing that set me off was when I came in the building I was at suite #160 and walked around in circles for 10 mins trying to find suite #100. I looked down the hallways and none of the offices had numbers on them. Then I called to ask exactly where to go, and the girl who answered couldn’t even tell me how to get there from suite #160. First mistake, get the girls a chart of the building so they can know where people are at instead of saying over and over again “we are suite #100”. Yea- no kidding , you don’t say!! Second thing that set me off was the 15 pages of questions for a Testosterone Pellet Therapy consultation. Alll of the questions you make people fill out only pertain to PLASTIc SURGERY NOT PELLET THERAPY!!! You think any guy is going to sit there and give you all of my employment information, social security number, my emergency contact info AND my entire health history for a basic treatment that requires ZERO anesthesia ?! You guys need a very different patient intake form for TRT patients. I had questions. I didn’t need to provide you with my personal information. I went to Chicagoland’s Men’s Clinic and their questions were nothing like yours were. Just a very bad experience.
