I am very unhappy with how my appointment was handled. I was 7 minutes late past my appointment time, and was told to have a seat once i was checked in. 10 minutes after that, I was informed I can't be seen as the provider is with another patient and i will have to reschedule to another day. I drove over 2.5 hours one way, for this appointment. I asked the front desk I am okay to wait around since this is a followup appointment so it is supposed to be quick, and if the provider finishes early with any patient I am willing to wait. Was told most likely it won't happen and i should reschedule. I would assume a clinic blocks atleast 15-30 minutes for an appointment, and if I was 7 minutes late from my initial time, i dont understand how it was so complicated to accommodate me considering my followup should have taken not more than 5 minutes. Thank you for the great service :)

While they might perform solid services, the accountability around appointments does not exist. Twice in the past 9 months I have had appointments canceled when I arrived. They rely on a text service to tell you your appointment was canceled less than a hour before the appointment, but it doesn't always work. I have also had a number first appointment of the day 8:00 am that have not been timely and not taken until 8:30, because they show up late to work. They are not accommodating on rescheduling appointments and will try and send you to a office father away. They by far are the worst provider for trying to keep any appointments. Very disappointed and there are better options in the area you can go to that put clients/patients first.
What is ironic is if you are 5 to 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge your card for a cancelation.

My son had first Botox treatment for TMJ today with Sarah, who could not have been nicer or more professional. My husband and I were nervous wrecks leading up to the experience, but Sarah reassured us that everything would be fine and it definitely was. Many Thanks to Sarah!!!
