This clinic and their staff are amazing. Everyone is so kind and informative on all the treatments that they offer. They are also very easy to schedule with. Even when I had a question regarding cosmetic surgery, I met with the nurse immediately after an aesthetics appointment and got an answer from the doctor about which type of treatment I would need within hours. If you are in the coachella valley I’d highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Dr Mo. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he is and all his staff at CSI. He is truly compassionate and caring about his patients. I came from out of state and started to have a complication with one of my breast implants. I had a painful bruised/ blackened area under my breast, which ended up being my pectoral muscle retracting and pushing my implant out through my skin. I called ALL of the offices that had been recommended to me by several different women. None of these plastic surgeons here in the desert would even take the time to speak to me to even give me a chance to explain what was going on. They all had their front desk tell me to go back to the doctor in MN who originally did the surgery. Which is ridiculous! I am an RN, so I knew whatever was happening with my breast was not something that could wait until I could get back to MN. I was facing the reality that by the time I could be seen, I was probably going to lose my breast. Finally, someone had highly Recommended Dr. Mo. Him and his staff understood the urgency of the situation and he was concerned enough to take the time to come in after hours on the weekend to see me. By that time the blacked area was leaking fluid and I was in surgery the next day. Not only did he save me from having major complications from infection and pain, he was also able to reconstruct my breast and save it in that one surgery! I am very fortunate to have found such an amazing and skilled doctor that cared about me. I forever grateful for him!

Sara is amazing! She did my dermaplaning, waxed/tinted my brows and gave me extractions. She has such a gentle hand and left me glowing after my treatment! Any time I have questions or concerns about my skincare or beauty concerns she’s always so helpful and sweet. The staff here too are always so kind and welcoming, I can’t wait to come back!

I highly recommend Cosmetic Surgery Institute in Rancho Mirage. Dr Mo Zakhireh is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He took a lot of time with me explaining to me about my procedure and what to expect. Dr Mo Zakhireh answered all my questions and concerns. The staff was really caring and very helpful to me along my journey. I was able to message them with any updates or questions that I had, Makael and Aja would either call or message me back in a timely manner. This was very comforting and I appreciate it very much. Due to a medical problem I have I was not able to proceed with my breast augmentation surgery. I will definitely be going back in the future for a different procedure. I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about Dr Mo Zakhireh, He is amazing

Today I had an old fashion derma-plane facial with extractions. I looked beautiful when I left!! I also was so thankful to have my brows & lash tinted. This isn’t something that you can always get. So thankful for these services here! Sara does a great job & is very gentle.
