Dr. DeConti and staff are amazing. DeConti performed my first augmentation in 1999 with excellent results. As we know implants typically last 10-15 years. I have had two separate ruptures in 24 years and he has performed both replacements surgeries, one in 2007 and my most recent in October 2023. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. He is still the same beyond talented, polite, soft spoken doctor that I met years ago. This last replacement surgery was a breeze with fabulous results. The ladies in the office are very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. ❤️

Dr DeConti is the absolute best Surgeon in Virginia! I would recommend him to anyone. The office is clean and inviting. The staff as well as Dr DeConti is friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr DeConti doesn’t give you false hope. He is truthful about expectations. I have been to him for 3 procedures and will continue to patronize him as long as he is in business. I have even had medical doctors tell me what an excellent job he has done on my procedure and wanted to know who preformed it. He is excellent!! I really can’t say enough about him and his staff!

Dr. DeConti has truly been a lifesaver for me. I struggled with a lipoma on my forehead for the past three years and frequently searched for a surgeon to remove it. Unfortunately, many doctors hesitated to perform the removal due to its location, leaving me feeling discouraged. However, I was referred to Dr. DeConti by my dermatologist, and within a month, I had my procedure.
Dr. DeConti addressed all my concerns and reassured me that the incision would be small. The procedure itself lasted less than 30 minutes. I am pleased to say that my incision is small and discrete, and it looks excellent as it continues to heal. Additionally, Dr. DeConti has a wonderful nurse who provided me with helpful step-by-step instructions and healing remedies. Do not suffer in silence, let Dr. DeConti heal you.

Dr. DeConti and his staff have been beyond wonderful since I first walked through the doors. I did a lot of research before having my procedure and I’m so glad I decided to have Dr. D perform my surgery. The entire team is so kind, professional, and really listens and takes time to answer all questions. My results are greater than I could have imagined and the entire process was so smooth. They have been readily available to answer all my questions post-op and have never made me feel rushed. Dr. D is amazing and I highly recommend him.

I experienced a keloid that resulted from a cartilage piercing. I tried the shots to make it go down and it just didn’t work. My dermatologist recommended Dr.DeConti. During my first visit, I was nervous but him and his team made me feel comfortable. He ensured me that they would be able to remove the keloid, and plus they took my insurance. Dr.DeConti did an amazing job removing my keloid. He stated that a piece of my ear would be missing but you can barely notice. The procedure was quick yet efficient. His nurse was sweet and made sure to answer any questions and concerns I had. When I was experiencing pain after the procedure, his nurse and receptionist worked fast to make sure I was okay. My ear is now healed and I feel more confident with wearing my hair up without worrying about a keloid being there.
