I’ll start by saying I don’t fly…I hate it. However I flew back & forth from NY to Missouri twice for the most skilled surgeon & one of the nicest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Trust me, I’d only fly for him. In 2020 during COVID Dr. Veronikis removed a mesh urethral sling. He was so thorough he even fished out wayward stitches left behind by another surgeon. At the time I was shocked that I called him after hours & he actually responded and called back. The busiest uro/gyn surgeon in the world, and he calls back? Anyway, fast forward to 2025 & I started leaking again. I emailed Dr. V, he remembered me & said he’d be happy to help & reassured me that he only uses fascia slings. Human tissue. So it was back on the dreaded airplane to St. Louis In March 2025, Dr. Veronikis took the time to fix…are you ready? Multiple vaginal herniations involving my intestines, bladder and rectum…the last of which I had fixed 2x prior & it didn’t hold. He also took the time to clean up scar tissue left behind from childbirth & placed a fascia sling to address the leaking. That surgery was almost 6 weeks ago & to say I’m thrilled would be an understatement. Everything is working marvelously - no leaking - and I don’t know, I just have a peace knowing that if Dr. Veronikis fixes you — you’re fixed. Besides all that he is a really relatable, approachable, regular person with a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. That aside, he’s strict about restrictions during healing, takes zero chances with his patients well being & answers the after hours help line on Sunday night (who does that?). Dr. V’s staff are all fantastic, professional, caring, available & gentle women who are patient & understanding. If you are in need of any uro/gyn treatment …do not go anywhere else. Fly to St. Louis to Dr. Veronikis, you’ll be in the best hands, and you’ll be happy you did. Thank you & God bless you Dr. V!

Dr. Veronikis is a miracle worker. He agreed to help my daughter after she had had so many failed attempts by other so called specialists.He is a God send and if you are lucky enough to have him agree to take your case, count your blessings.

What can I say about this true gentleman ? A professional who will listen to you when no one in your home country wont. .I travelled from Northern Ireland in January 2019 with two other ladies due to the lack of skillset of the United Kingdom doctors. I was fortunate unlike many other women in Northern Ireland who cannot still avail of the appropriate care they need in a timely and professional manner. Anyone needing removal surgery of any pelvic mesh tapes please don't hesitate. Make that journey as each and every one of those injured by pelvic mesh are deserving of the best possible care by the one and only Dr Dionysus Veronikis. Dr. Veronikis is amazing. Not only does he take the time to listen, he also takes the time to explain everything. He made me feel comfortable and educated about the surgery. He was able to do a complete vaginal hysterectomy when I was told by other surgeon's it wasn't possible. My case was difficult, my uterus was almost 8Xs the size of a normal uterus & full of fibroids. I'm truly greatful & would highly recommend Dr. Veronikis
