I had a great experience. The doctor was so detail oriented, and really let me know which procedures would work with other ones at the same time. While also making sure I was picking the procedures that meant the most to me. While also making sure I was comfortable and a good candidate for the surgeries I was interest in. They took their time, and for me that is HUGE. Even though I had come in to get pricing to get a feel for what I could maybe afford, they treated me like I was a for sure yes to surgery. You don’t get that most places, they made me feel like I was more than a number. I then sat down with the nicest girl who talked to me for a good amount of time sharing stories, and got my estimates. She even gave me a free facial to come back for. My first one EVER. The experience the second time when I went to get my facial was just as great. I would definitely recommend. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

My journey to find the right plastic surgeon. I had done lot of research. When a friend recommended Dr. Donaldson’s, I called for a consultation and was happy with Staff and Dr. Donaldson. They were all nice and professional. Dr. Donaldson was very nice, went over all the procedures and explained how he would do everything. After the surgery I saw Olivia his PA she was wonderful so nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall experience was great.

From start to finish, my experience was great! All of the staff are very helpful and polite. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and understood. The results were amazing! Very natural and smooth. I can’t recommend Dr. Donaldson enough to my family and friends. There’s no one thing I could recommend that they improve on.

I recently got a breast reduction done with Donaldson Plastic Surgery. I went from an F cup to a C cup. Overall my experience has been phenomenal. I had a few check ins before my surgery as I was going through a weight loss prior to the surgery and they wanted to make sure we were on the same page with everything leading up to the surgery. I am the exact size I requested to be. The doctor and nurses contacted me 3 times within 24 hours post surgery to check up on me. They've been fantastic to communicate with. The only negativity I would say there was, is that I was supposed to have dissolving stitches but they have not dissolved and it has been 5 weeks post surgery. I have already spoken to a nurse who said I may need to come in if they don't dissolve in the next few days after trying a few things to get them to dissolve, but again they are super quick to get it taken care of and have always made sure I'm comfortable with everything pre and post surgery. I cannot recommend Donaldson Plastic Surgery enough!

I had an amazing experience at Donaldson Plastic Surgery! The clinic was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful, calming scent as soon as I walked in. Andie, the medical aesthetician, was absolutely fantastic. She was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly personable, which made me feel so comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. I had nano brows done, and Andie did an amazing job—I'm beyond happy with the results! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service and care.
