Dr. Ali and staff are amazing! I recently had breast augmentation and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Ali took the time to inform me of all of my options and explained everything very well. I work in healthcare and I felt confidence in my choice of a surgeon after my original consultation with him. The office staff are so helpful and friendly. He was super attentive and really listened to what I wanted, while also making sure everything made sense for my body size and shape. I've had multiple procedures with Dr. Ali located in downtown Birmingham and cannot recommend him highly enough. The location is extremely convenient in the heart of downtown, making appointments easy to fit into a busy schedule.
Dr. Ali's entire team provides a warm, professional experience from the moment you walk in. The staff is not only personable but incredibly responsive whenever I've had questions or concerns.
What sets Dr. Ali apart is his approach as a plastic surgeon- he's friendly yet direct, and his perfectionist nature shows in his work. He truly listens to my concerns and has always been honest about setting realistic expectations for results.
One standout procedure that more women should know about is the O-shot. This series of injections helps enhance sensation during intimacy while also addressing muscle tone issues that can occur due to pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or aging.
After multiple successful procedures, I'm a forever client and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for any cosmetic treatments.

Dr Ali and staff were AMAZING. I’m two weeks post op breast reduction. Dr Ali was very straightforward he told me exactly what he would do and did just that. Recovery has been fairly easy pain has never exceeded 4/10. Nipple and areola have good placement and I also have full sensation. So happy with the results!!
