Dr. Brian C. Reuben

Simply the BEST. He has amazing bedside manner. He is calming, knowledgeable, and really down to earth— never condescending or impatient with my questions. It was easy to contact him with questions and he responded quickly. His onsite surgical suite is fantastic too. Anesthesiologist was mildly condescending when I had concerns but he did fine and I had no nausea or complications and waking up was really gentle. 100% recommend.

I came in with an undiagnosed infection under my right breast, and a capsular contracture (Ct scan showed a rupture, Dr Rueben continued to say it wasn’t.) I Was fevering, in an immense amount of pain and my right breast was double the size of the left side. Dr Ruben treated me like I was a hypochondriac. He never addressed the symptoms with an antibiotic, and I progressively got worse for the next 3 weeks while waiting for my augmentation to change out the implants. When the surgery day arrived, he cut me open in that right side (vertically and horizontally😓) infection and silicon goo poured out of the capsule. Once he realized how much infection was in there, he decided to clean me out (but not all the way, later realized with another surgeon), and left the operating room before I even woke up in horror to find that I had one implant in and the other was out. Only the assistant nurse was in there to tell me that I was full of infection, but dr Rueban had to leave and he would call me later. I was mortified. It took him 2 days to call in and check on me at home, I was in so much pain, and he made up a slew of excuses as to why he cut me the way he did and why he didn’t know ALL the signs of internal staph were in fact an infection. He even told me on the phone “the smell of infection was so potent everyone in the operating room could smell it.” Talk about the absolute worst bedside manner. What Dr tells a patient that?! Especially after not performing the rest of the augmentation and not telling me personally. A true coward. I didn’t ever hear from him after that call, he knew he was in the wrong and was trying to hide. So basically he left me with one implant in, multiple unnecessary scars, and the risk of going septic on his table from staph infection and then left the operating room without ever checking in on me. Ive had to have 2 surgeries since to fix something he could have caught. I absolutely would never recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Reuben and his staff was amazing! They all were very professional and cared about all of my needs and questions. I talked with other doctors prior to seeing Dr. Reuben and after my consultation with him I knew he would be my surgeon. He is kind, patient, very knowledgeable and explained all the information very clearly. All the staff did. Very clean, comfortable and nice crew from the anesthesiologist, Dr to the front desk and the last that helped me after my surgery. Thank you all for caring for me before and after.

My experience with Dr. Rueben and his team was phenomenal! From my consultation to my surgery I felt heard, valued and informed. I was so impressed with how quickly my questions/concerns were directly addressed through the app and at each of my appointments. I felt supported all along the way. He is a master at what he does & his work is beautiful! I love my tummy tuck & breast revision results! Pain management was a priority to me and Dr. Rueben & his anesthesiologist came through on that! All of his nurses are so sweet and I’m overall so grateful for the care I received. Dr. Reuben and his staff were excellent! Very professional and cared about all of my needs and questions. He is kind, patient and gives detailed information to what I would be expecting. He performed a breast lift and mini tummy tuck with lipo on my sides as well.
