Dr. Lively and his incredible staff are THE BEST!!! I have never had a doctor sit down and explain what was going on like he did. He truly cares and takes time to make sure all of your questions are answered. I came to him for a second opinion and he gave me so much clarity as to what was actually going on. He performed my surgery to remove a cyst and it was a great experience. You won’t find another OB/GYN as good as him. I travel from DFW to see him now because he and his team are so great!

Dr. Lively is by far one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I don’t have much faith in doctors after being let down or to get one to look me in the eyes and answer my concerns genuinely. I’m very anxious to put my trust in doctors of thinking they actually care about my health in general. Since the day I started with Dr. Lively i have never felt safer in the advice of a doctor than him. The life he is giving back to me is beyond words. All I can say is it takes a special human not just Doctor to fight for his patients lives the way he does, to make sure they have the quality of life that is not just worth living but to thrive in. And to not forgot the glue. His staff is some of the most genuine people. I’m in that office every week and the encouraging words from them and smiles really make my day. I highly recommend Dr. Lively if you need a Dr you can trust!

I can’tI say how disappointed I am with this doctor and his assistant upon meeting & discussing I was interested in we agreed to fractional CO2 (Dr. Livley tried to push other services I was not interested in). I was told to pay half which I did along with purchasing face medication for preparation and schedule towards the end of the month for the procedure in which they reached out to me 30 minutes prior to inform me that the laser machine was not working. They informed me the machine may not even get fixed due to the fact that this doctor does no longer perform this procedure and tried to convince me to get a morpheus eight procedure. I am convinced they had a strategic plan to never perform my original procedure we agreed on, but perform a different more expensive one that required 3 sessions. How sad and terrible to lie to clients knowingly.

Extremely unprofessional service from Dr Lively… he agreed to schedule a procedure, took the money for half of the procedure then calls me a couple hours later to tell me they “didn’t have the equipment” and comes to find out that apparently he “doesn’t” do the procedure anymore. Then had to call a week later about by money being refunded that never got put back in my bank. just to find out it was never processed and took over a 2 weeks to get my money back completely. If you can’t be honest with your customers then don’t be scheduling with them!! Don’t be trying to upsell and offer other things that I don’t need.

Dr Lively and his team are the best! They are professional, friendly, and completely amazing in every way. The office/facility is always immaculately clean, and very warm & welcoming! He and his staff truly have our best interests at heart, which is refreshingly rare. I would recommend Him/them to any of my family and /or friends! Dr Lively and his staff have helped me to feel aesthetically better about myself, and become a healthier version of myself!
