Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks M.D.

Wonderful, skilled and attentive Doctor. Dr. Fairbanks has been my Doctor for 50 years. I first went to him at age 15 for correction of a malformation. I have had multiple surgeries done by Dr Fairbanks over the years. I trust him implicitly. I recently had a facelift surgery in September, 2024 and had wonderful, natural results. He cares deeply about his patients. He's a perfectionist and very professional. He spends a great deal of time educating his patients so they know exactly what to expect. He has a wonderful office staff. I'm a Nurse Practitioner, and I know the difference between a good doctor and a great doctor. Dr Fairbanks in my opinion is the best of the best. He has a gift. Probably very knowledgeable in his day but should really retire from doing surgery. Does not know how to remove threads properly. My face is now very uneven because he pulled out a lot of tissue on one side of my face. Stitches were buckled on one side causing the skin to heal incorrectly. He is extremely slow. What takes most doctors 4 hours took him 10. His bedside manner is not good and he is unkind to his staff. There are many doctors in the area that I’m sure are much better. Save yourself money and time and do your research. I’m having to spend more money on trying to fix his mistakes. There are several other things I could post but I’m no longer wasting my time on this Dr. but I want to save someone else from a bad experience. This Dr also has a son who is a plastic surgeon with the same name. I am not referring to the son.

Dr. Fairbanks did an amazing job on my facelift. It looks so natural everyone thinks I just never age. Some of my friends have also gone to him and his work on them has lasted much longer than my friends who went to someone else. His staff is also always very friendly and professional.

Below is my review from two years ago I have had botch surgery by other doctors and traveled all over the United States to try to find someone that would fix me I am thrilled with the results of my surgery just 3 days ago, august 2024. Anyone considering having any sort of cosmetic surgery should consider Dr Fairbanks he is amazing. this is my review of my consultation from three yeas ago.......I consulted with Dr Fairbanks Senior two years ago after having a botched facelift by somebody else and although I have not had surgery by him yet, I do have a date scheduled. I have consulted with many many doctors and I have had procedures here and there and I’ve never had a consultation like with Dr Fairbanks senior. I was so impressed in every way and I’m happy to see some recent reviews as I know that he is a little bit older of a doctor, and while I am not aegis at all, I just wanna make sure that his skills were on point and I’m happy to see some more Recent reviews and will be posting a very thorough review with photos after my surgery date which I’m looking forward to. I wish I would’ve found him before I went to the guy who screwed up my face. I described him as a doctor that stepped out of a Norman Rockwell painting, and if he wasn’t a facial plastic surgeon, I’m sure he would be carrying his old-school Dr bag and making the most wonderful house calls. I was pleasantly surprised to see his office instead of being decorated by an interior decorator it was filled with hundreds of plastic surgery books that you can tell he read every single page of and different techniques and really studied them. He literally spent 3 1/2 hours with me, showing me so many different things, and if you only knew how many consultations I’ve had in my life both in person and virtually and I can tell you that I’ve never had one like this, nor have any of my friends who have had a bunch of facial plastic surgery as well many by well-known doctors and that doesn’t necessarily mean that they came out good either. Not to say the least that his before and after pictures I’ll be at older ones they are amazing for his deep plane facelifts.
