Well, nobody has "asked me" yet if I have had plastic surgery! People that do know that I have undergone a facelift cannot believe how "natural" my face looks, yet "younger" than most women my age. Doctor Sykes and his team are exceptional. In the past I have worked with plastic surgeons and their staff professionally; and am knowledgeable in the field. My husband and I chose Dr. Sykes, even though we do not actually live in California, due to his credentials. Both of us are extremely pleased with the results. We recommend having your surgery along with your significant other at the same time - we had such a tremendous experience and you will not be disappointed!

I am so very happy with the results and entire process of my facial plastic surgery procedure. The outcome is phenomenal; people that haven't seem me in a year or so tell me I look 15 years younger. (I tell them I lost weight!) More importantly, the results look very natural. I am now a younger version the of the best image of myself! Dr, Sykes was also able to vastly improve the symmetry of my face, since one side looked quite different from the other side.
Dr. Sykes and his staff are among the most professional, organized and friendly that I've ever experienced. He has a genuineness that is rare among many physicians. His approach to achieving perfection without looking "overdone" creates amazing results.
The entire staff is well trained, friendly and efficient. From our first call, to our last follow up visit over a year later, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Sykes and his team at Roseville Facial Plastic Surgery.

As a medical consultant for many years, I have had the unique opportunity to observe Facial Plastic Surgeons all over Northern California interact with patients and observe their final outcomes. These experiences have encompassed trauma and cancer reconstruction, as well as aesthetic procedures. So, when I decided to pursue elective facial surgery myself, the decision regarding where to go was a “no brainer”. The results of Dr. Sykes surgeries were, in my opinion, far superior to others in his field.
My results were no exception. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. I’m currently 6 months post-op and the results are remarkable. The care received from Dr. Sykes, his partner Dr. Kiener, and their entire staff has been amazing! I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Dr. Sykes!

Dr. Sykes is an incredible surgeon, and continues to exceed all expectations. During my consultation, he took into consideration each of my concerns, while also offering suggestions that I had not previously considered, but were exactly right for me. His direct, honest approach is something I value, as everything from pre- to post-operation has been clear. His work has truly helped improve my self esteem and I am so happy with my positive experience! I could not recommend Dr. Sykes enough, the dedication to his craft and patients' wellbeing is evident.

I never had any problems reaching Dr. Sykes with any questions or concerns and the whole process went very smoothly.
