Dr. Abolmaali and his staff, Emily, German, and Karina (just to name a few), are wonderful to work with. My overall experience here has been positive and my reconstruction surgery results from my double mastectomy are excellent.
I would recommend North Atlanta Plastic Surgery Group to anyone looking for plastic surgery.
There is also a Med Spa adjoining called ReZen that offers top of the line skin treatments. 1000% recommended Dr. Abolmaali!

My experience with Dr Abolmaali was excellent. I was introduced to him while in the hospital by my wound nurse. I had an several open wounds that were going to take months to heal if left open, but Dr Abolmaali said he could cut that by half or more. I had to wait two weeks to ensure my infections had cleared but the Dr was ready to go immediately. He closed all the open wounds and about 4 weeks later removed all the sutures and I am healed sooner than he suggested. He is an excellent surgeon and a very nice and considerate man. I highly recommend him.

Healing after a double mastectomy has been a much longer, more emotional journey than I ever expected. There have been so many layers—physically and emotionally—to feeling like myself again. But meeting Dr. Abolmaali was a turning point I didn’t realize I needed.
He performed a fat transfer from my stomach to my breasts, and the results brought tears to my eyes. His work is so delicate, so detailed—it truly feels like he puts his heart into every step. He’s not just a surgeon; he’s an artist, a perfectionist, and one of the kindest souls I’ve met.
And his staff… they’re just as lovely. Every single person made me feel safe, seen, and cared for. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them—it’s something they genuinely care about.
This has been such a vulnerable chapter of my life, and I’ll always be thankful that Dr. Abolmaali and his team were part of it. They helped me feel beautiful again—and that is a gift I’ll never forget.

I highly recommend Dr Abolmaali. I recently had breast cancer and had to have mastectomy and reconstruction. Dr Abolmaali is very kind and professional. They only doctor I know that always is on time. He made sure to listen to my concerns. It's very important that you are pleased with the results to him. His staff is lovely in every way. My experience was great. My husband loved him as well. He's very professional and does a great job at listening and making you feel comfortable. I am so pleased with the end result. He's truly the best.
