Tracy Kwan is wonderful! She explains everything thoroughly, doesn’t mind repeating information you ask her to go over again, and is so caring and compassionate. She’s a wonderful listener and has always made me feel comfortable. She definitely wants you to know that she is working for you and doesn’t make her patients feel at all inferior, which is how I have felt with other providers. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I absolutely LOVE Modern Women’s Health. I come here for all my lady needs, from wellness visits to aesthetics. Aubrey and Alyssa do an amazing job with aesthetics and I always look forward to my appointments. I know I’m going to look good, and have fun while I’m at it, by two outstanding professionals in their field. I fully trust these women with any needs I have. From the time I arrive until I leave, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to all the women out there who want the latest and greatest when it comes to their health!

I am incredibly pleased with Nurse Irene Huerta at Dr. Jukes practice. She is by far the best healthcare provider I have ever seen! She listens carefully, is patient, answers all my questions thoroughly and has a cheery disposition. She and Dr. Jukes have improved my health immensely with their thorough healthcare knowledge-- I'm so thankful I found the practice! Highly recommend.

It’s a perfect example of the kind of ‘patient care’ and ‘professionalism’ you will experience at this place. 😂 Whoever wrote this response is not being honest with the facts. Regardless, folks, feel free to try this place and experience it yourself! My only wish for you is that you choose not to endure their ‘care’ for as long as I did.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. The services are overpriced and the staff are consistently unprofessional and slow. The first few times I went here, I thought the slow service, the incorrect bookings, the rude treatment was just due to the front desk worker- Hannah- having a bad day. However, by my fourth visit, after more interactions and mishaps from the staff- and when I witnessed Hannah mistreating other patients in the waiting room, I realized this is just her approach to her job. Surprisingly, the other staff members are like this, too. I’ve honestly never been in a healthcare setting where the staff has been this bad. Save yourself the headache and skip this place.

I was coming in for my annual exam as a new patient. I have never felt so rushed in and out of an appointment! It seems to me aesthetics is the primary focus. I saw NP Kelli Porter, I have no doubt she is smart and talented but doesn't have time to really connect with her patients. I ended up having to come back twice to finally get my recommendations and treatment plan. I was eager and hopeful to talk to her about all my concerns and I Seriously don't think she spent 10min with me! It was so rushed with obligatory "do you have any questions" that were quickly dismissed. I realize the industry is stressed and it was extremely disheartening as I was really hoping to establish a relationship with a new GYN. At this final visit, she sent me off with samples and new prescriptions to come back in 8weeks. Honestly my Vet pays more attention to my dog's care and concerns than I received at this office. My take away is this is a business machine - as a patient with real concerns, it felt extremely cold. Checking paperwork and numbers in a timely manner were the priority as well as payments and insurance received . Sadly this is the state of our healthcare now and I sure hope things start to change.
