Dr. Lorelle L. Kramer, MD - Aesthetic and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Center, LLC of Greater Milwaukee

I would not recommend going to Dr.Kramer for a BA. There were a lot of red flags that I ignored and I wish I didn’t. First, she didn’t answer the questions I had asked and she would change the subject or completely ignore the question as if she was annoyed. Then, she would not tell me the exact size I was getting because she said she wouldn’t know until she performed the surgery, however, Dr. Kramer showed me a picture of a previous patient and said I would look similar to her, I loved the size and was okay with it ( I did not end up with anything remotely close to that picture). Six days After my surgery, she unwrapped the gauze and I was HORRIFIED. They looked like cones. She put me against the wall and pushed down on me with her fist extremely hard to “move them in place”. I told her I was going to faint, she then said it was because I wasn’t taking care of myself during recovery. I was in excruciating pain because she was taking her fist to my breasts 6 days after surgery! She instructed for me (and my boyfriend) to do this “exercise” every few hours a day, and she did this “exercise” during every post op appt. The pain was unbearable. I left there crying regretting the surgery after every post op appointment. I obviously still went to my post op appointments hoping to get more answers or to see what else I can do to improve the way they look. Now I have one that slopes to the side (which she noticed and mentioned but didn’t do anything about it) it HURTS constantly, I can’t go without a bra because the implant moves down to the side and hurts my ribs, and MOVES around freely. It’s an awful feeling. I’m still very numb under my arms, side of my ribs, and my entire breasts- it’s been 8 months. Also during the consultation and estimate of the surgery, she didn’t mention all of the bras, accessories for the bras, gauze, medication, and extra hospital bill(that I received after the surgery when I already paid EVERYTHING up front). I went to another doctor to get their opinion after the last post-op I went to with Dr. Kramer, and told him everything that happened. Needless to say, it was bad work and the post op exercise is not an actual massage or exercise that should be done. Now after paying $8500 plus the extra costs that were not estimated, I have to pay for another BA with a new doctor. I’m thinking she lost her touch on BA’s because the reviews were what sold me on sticking with Dr. Kramer. My first surgery was horrible and I sadly regret it. I do not recommend Dr. Kramer. Update 3 years later: if you are considering this person to do your surgery, please do more research. She couldn’t even cut a straight line, I have the scars to prove it. I tell everyone about this horrible experience and still would not recommend this “Doctor”.

My entire experience was excellent from my initial consultation through my post surgery care and communication. Dr. Kramer and Amanda are exceptional and amazing. The level of care by Dr. Kramer and staff was highly professional, caring & the results were great. Dr. Kramer has gone above and beyond my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, thank you for making me happy and trusting you. Dr. Kramer is a great surgeon I will say the best one!! She really knows her business!*

Dr. Kramer was wonderful. I'd consulted with a different doctor before her and was left feeling uncomfortable and unsure. I met with Dr. Kramer and she really talked me through the experience, she really listened and understood why I was there. She took the time to explain everything so I was able to go into the surgery fully informed. She stayed fully involved throughout the healing process. And ladies, her work is beautiful. She turned worn-out, saggy (after 3 kids) breasts into amazing, super perky brand-new again breasts that are all me. The transformation is stunning. I absolutely recommend her to any woman ready to make a change for the better.

Dr. Kramer was an EXCELLENT choice for the cosmetic procedure I had! She listens to you, engages with you and provides you with the most information I've ever been given from a physician. Her thorough coverage of the details about the surgery itself, what to expect immediately after and how to take care of yourself during recovery was wonderful so I was not surprised by anything. I am definitely happy with the outcome and would recommend the procedure and Dr. Kramer to my friends. Also, her staff was so friendly and welcoming, it was a joy to visit her office!

Every time I visited with Dr. Kramer, I found her rude. I visited 3 times, and as they say "3 strikes and you are out". I am not giving her my money. She literally said to me regarding being "happy" about a procedure that I hadn't had yet... "some people get it, and some people don't, and you just seem to not get it." How rude! Just one example of Dr Kramer's rude comments, without indicating the tone that she used. I feel Dr Kramer is not good with people and there are many doctors that have skill and good with people to show they care. This is an emotional procedure, so I would only invest in a doctor that can be an emotionally good person.
