What a phenomenal experience I had with Dr Polo and the team. From the moment I walked in for the initial consultation to the post-surgical check, it was a top-notch facility. I was never left on hold, I knew the answers to all my questions, in the hospitality was priceless. My surgery looks remarkable. I had reconstruction after being diagnosed with cancer last year and was very nervous. I had two surgeries on the same side which left me not symmetric whatsoever. He did a fat grafting procedure and skin removal and a breast reduction on the opposite side. My insurance would cover the procedure and another facility but I chose to pay out of pocket. His wisdom, knowledge, and compassion, along with his bedside manners took all the worry off my mind. It was worth every dime!!!!!
