I originally had a procedure done in Richmond that I ended up not being happy with - I was bummed because the doctor (while having less experience) had stellar reviews. Couple years later, I moved back to nova and decided to research doctors in this area for a revision. Dr. Brown was the first of three consultations I had, and I came back to him because I felt his consultation was the most thorough and thoughtful. Also his result pictures online looked the best - to each their own but I preferred the more natural looks his patients had. (Also found recs for him on forums where people called him a ‘wizard’)
Everything leading up to the surgery went great, all his staff that I’ve interacted with were super nice, efficient, and professional. I had an easy time recovering from surgery (did not need any opioids beyond the first day). I’ve had several follow ups and now am at the 3 month point with zero issues, and Dr. Brown and his staff have been super attentive and professional throughout.

Dr. Brown is an incredible doctor. His skills are that of an artist and perfectionist in all that he does. His knowledge and experience are evident. At the same time, he is probably one of the most compassionate doctors that I have met. His integrity is beyond any doctor that I have met. He listens to all your concerns but then is honest with what he thinks is best for you. I totally trust him.
As I have known Dr. Brown for over 15 years now. I have sent many friends to him who have been so happy with the result of his skills. I would recommend him to anyone knowing that they would be in the best hands possible

Left me permanently scarred (outside of typical surgery scarring) after screwing up and then refused to do any revisions without additional cost. I didn’t realize how poorly he did and the mistakes he made until after I went into the health field myself. I truly believe he rushed through my surgery since the patients surgery prior to mine took significantly longer than it should have. The best part is he left out the whole ordeal of the mistake he made from my operative note which is super shady. I inquired about getting the operative note updated with the correct information, but it never happened. I went to him because of his great reviews and trusted he knew what he was doing which clearly he did not. I still don’t like wearing low cut shirts to this day because of his mistakes. It has affected my life tremendously and taken such a toll on my self esteem.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and his team. They were both welcoming and professional. The procedure was done on my face, and so I was worried it might leave a scar. However, Dr. Brown's precision and expertise eased my concerns- and I have no scar! I would recommend him and his excellent team to anyone in need of the services they offer.
