I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cohen and my entire experience. From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Cohen is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and kind. he took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident in my decision every step of the way. I had a breast lift, and the results are beyond what I could have hoped for. Everything looks so natural, beautifully proportioned, and truly aligned with the goals we discussed. His surgical skill is unmatched, but what really sets him apart is his bedside manner and the way he makes you feel genuinely cared for. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and supportive from pre-op through recovery. I felt safe, informed, and respected throughout the entire process. Dr. Cohen is an incredible surgeon and I highly recommend him for anyone seeking breast surgery of any kind. I was recommended to Dr. Cohen through SonoBreasts whom praised him as a brilliant surgeon and whom would be supportive in whatever path I wanted to take in regards to explanting- fully explant, replace with new implants, lift, etc. I did extensive research on surgeons in Beverly Hills. The 2 factors that made me chose Dr. Cohen was his speciality in breasts and his knowledge of the latest scientific research on explanting. This was important to me in terms of capsule removal. During the consultation, Dr. Cohen spent a lot of time with me explaining the different options for explanting and answering my questions. I could tell he had a meticulous approach to surgery, with an emphasis on safety, natural beauty and minimal incisions. I ended up explanting under local anesthesia, which I was scared of, cause I am even afraid of needles. However Dr. Cohen guided me through the surgery and besides taking a Tylenol a day after- it was surprisingly pain free. His patient coordinator Shayla was available to me all hours for questions/advice. She was literary my rock during this process. Many thanks to Dr. Cohen and his staff for their exceptional care during my explant journey. I recommend anyone seeking surgery to chose him as you will be in excellent hands!

His attention to details truly outstanding. My recovery has been remarkably smooth with no complications. just 4 weeks post op, my incisions are almost fully healed, with no redness or discomfort. I had the best experience from beginning to end with Dr Cohen and his entire team. When I met him for my first consultation he spend time getting to know me and who I was as a person and what would fit my needs/wants and lifestyle. I decided to have my implants removed after 11years. I have 4 children and nursed one after the implants so there was drooping in the breasts. I knew that I no longer wanted implants but wasn’t sure what options I had. Dr. Cohen gave me several options and I ultimately decided to do explant and then a breast lift with fat grafting . I am 7 weeks post op now and couldn’t be happier with my results, the scars are already very minimal and the shape and size of my breasts is perfect for my frame! The office staff is very kind and courteous, the nurses that worked with Dr. Cohen for my procedure put me at ease and comforted me during a process that can be scary. Shayla his scheduler made me feel very taken care of with check ins and responding to my questions promptly and with the information I needed.

In 2013, I did extensive research and paid top dollar to see a well known surgeon that was considered to be one of the best on the west coast for Breast Reduction. The experience and outcome was traumatizing. I was left with nearly the same size breasts I started with, but my scars were really bad on one side. The surgeon was dismissive and spent very little time with me beyond the operating room. The recovery was brutal and not worth it, as I didn't go down even a full cup size! It took me over a decade to get both the money and the courage together to go through the surgery again. I spent years with excruciating shoulder and back pain, so eventually I embarked on trying to find a surgeon I could trust. I was so fearful, but stumbled upon "The Beauty Broker" who helped guide me to a list of 4 surgeons she trusted to do the job. In addition to the Beauty Broker, I reached out to Dr. Kristi Funk, a top Breast Cancer surgeon, to get her two cents on who she would go to for a breast reduction revision. She gave me another 3 names. Over the course of 2.5 years, I had consultations with all 7 surgeons on the lists. Dr. Cohen stood out, not only for the quality of his work and extensive experience with breast reduction, but also his bedside manner. He really truly listened to me, to what I wanted (to go from a DD to a size B), and did not try to talk me out of it. Every other surgeon tried to talk me into aiming for a C cup. I understand that a C cup may have given me more "perfect proportion" and it certainly would be a less challenging surgery, but Dr. Cohen listened, asked thoughtful questions and took his time with me. He assured me that we could achieve the size and lift I desired. He understood that I wanted to be more active and have more freedom of movement. He was enthusiastic and said that to go down to a B would be "life changing". His office staff was equally caring. Shayla, his coordinator was available to me, and continues to be, throughout the entire process, with caring and thorough information. Once I was able to see my post-surgical breasts in Dr. Cohen's office I cried! The tears were tears of joy. Decades of carrying around breasts that were way too large and heavy for my frame were finally behind me. Dr. Cohen made them look absolutely beautiful! I had confidence that he could make me small, but I can not get over how feminine and beautiful and just absolutely lovely he made my breasts. If you are looking to have breast surgery of any kind on the West Coast, do yourself a favor and at least have a consult with him. I was able to spend a few days at an aftercare facility post-surgery and all the nurses were marveling over what he had done for me. That see A LOT of surgery come through and said his work is among the best of the best that they see. Dr. Cohen doesn't have one ounce of ego, truly cares and is a master of his craft. I'm forever grateful and he truly changed the quality of my life.
