Tried to make an appointment. They couldn't figure out if they accepted my insurance and said they would call me back. I never received a call back and no answer when I tried to call again. Mind you, my insurance is with a major national company and through an international employer.

I went to this doctor for about 6 years. The 6 years I was there she kept telling me I had pre-cancerous cells in my cervix. She did biopsies and culposcopies for those 6 years. I finally stopped going to her because I told her I didn't want any more children and what can we do to fix this issues without constantly cutting on my cervix. She basically told me she could keep doing this for 10 more years. When I finally went to another doctor, about 2 years later, the consistent pre-cancerous cells mysteriously vanished.. and when i went online to retrieve my records, they too had mysteriously vanished. hmm 🤔 glad I stopped going to her.

Been seeing Dr Kadiyala for almost 3 years, past year I’ve seen her colleges been having a problem with the front office for the last month I leave messages for the Office Manager, the Medical Assistant 3 times in 2 weeks & nothing back I let Dr Maddison know how I was dismissed at the appointment, she said she’d take care of it! Now 2 weeks later they want me to keep a follow up appointment (6 weeks) later total of the medication!!!! I’ve been on this same medicine for over a year, I ask the receptionist Isabel why, if I’ve been on the same thing being ugly & rude stating “I don’t know I work in the front” 😳😳 when I’m asking her make me understand why am I having 2 appointments in 2 months when nothings changed?!? Well I’ll cancel your appointment & you can do whatever! What kinda person that works in an office speak to a customer like that? Never again!!! Rudest and mind you the 3 weeks with NO call from the MA or Office manager (Trudy) I had no medication, this office has went so downhill lately & I wonder if the Dr knows what’s really going on there!

They never answer the phone to schedule appointments. I've had two great experiences here, up until recently. Left work early just so they could take my insurances' money and tell me there's nothing they could do. They wouldn't do anything to verify if I had miscarried or not. No pelvic exam or urine pregnancy test. Emily didn't even believe I had misscarried at all even though it's my body and I knew something wasn't right.. They wouldn't give me a note for the day I left work early due to cramping and heavy bleeding either so basically I had to explain a personal medical issue to my job.
