I recently had a facelift, lower lid blepharoplasty, and fat transfer with Dr. Tim Neavin, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was beyond my expectations.
When I first met Dr. Neavin, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He walked me through the procedures and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. His calm and caring nature put me at ease right away.
The surgery itself went smoothly, and his team was wonderful, making sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The recovery was actually easier than I thought it would be, and within a few weeks, I could already see the amazing changes. The facelift made me look refreshed and natural—no “pulled” look, just a younger version of myself. The lower eyelid surgery did wonders for the tired, puffy bags I used to have, and the fat transfer gave my face the fullness and balance that had faded with time.
What I love most is how subtle and natural everything looks. Friends keep telling me I look great, but no one can figure out why. I had a breast augmentation about a year ago with Dr. Neavin. He was referred by one of my friends who was referred by one of her friends. I have seen several other plastic surgeons in town before I finally decided to choose Dr. Neavin. He was very down to earth, patiently went through all my options and gave me professional suggestions. The office staff was also fantastic and I felt really comfortable with no pressure at all. I am now so satisfied with my breasts. They definitely look and feel very natural which is exactly how I wanted them to be! I can’t say enough great things about my doctor and his staff. Thank you!!!

Dr. Neavin change my life! I first went to him in 2016 for my rhinoplasty to fix my broken nose. He did an amazing job and made my nose perfect! then again, I went to him for my BBL in 2021 and my results have just been amazing. I now am no longer flat on my butt and have actual fat and I just feel great. His staff is super attentive and his nurse Michelle it’s just great. I love her attitude and her positive energy that she gives out to me whenever I’m in the office. Anytime I need something done, I know where I’m going to go because I trust my doctor completely with me and I always feel safe under his knife.
