I really liked this doctors office! All the women at the front desks were very helpful, sweet, and organized. I was in and out within 30 minutes and easily set up my next appointment before i left. The nurses and doctor were super sweet. They removed and replaced my birth control implant in my arm like it was nothing. I was so shocked to be done as fast as I was. Will definitely continue to come here :)

Dr. Clarissa Haugabrook is an exceptional physician who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I came into her office feeling completely discouraged and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel seen and heard. She didn’t rush through the appointment or brush off my concerns she really listened. That alone meant the world to me. She immediately took action, ordering the right tests and staying in communication throughout the process. When the results came back, she explained everything clearly, laid out a personalized plan to address the issues, and most importantly she followed through every step of the way. I never felt like I was just another patient. I felt like I was finally getting the care I had been searching for. Her bedside manner is calm, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. She makes you feel safe, respected, and cared for. And her nurse? Just as amazing. They work together seamlessly, and it’s obvious they both care deeply about what they do. They are truly the Dream Team. I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Haugabrook. She is the kind of doctor people hope to find but rarely do someone who combines deep medical knowledge with genuine human compassion. I feel blessed to be under her care, and I will continue to trust her with my health. She has absolutely changed my life for the better.

I am disappointed with my experience that I had at this facility. I went in numerous times for the same symptoms aligning with possible endometriosis and unable to get a proper diagnosis and forced to take birth control despite my concerns and family history. The symptoms began affecting my daily activities. I scheduled an appointment as I was in excruciating pain. I also presented paperwork to be completed for my employer to know what was going on. Anyone who has experienced this type of pain knows you don’t know when or how the pain will come. The LPN (Colleen) I was told that will complete my paperwork was out of office the day I was seen so I would communicate through email. I was explaining my situation to her for understanding that this paperwork was extremely important to be accurate to protect my job but there was no care or concern at all. She advised me to call the office to speak with the doctor. I did exactly what I was told and never was able to receive a response from the doctor. Then surprisingly I received a call back from the same person who asked me to call the doctor. This was frustrating as my job was at stake. I sent another email and copied the doctor on it as well. Still did not receive a message or a call back from Dr Deleveaux. I felt misunderstood and the thought that women get dismissed so much about women’s health, I was appalled by this lack of empathy and urgency. At one point, Colleen even responded with “I’m a nurse at the office so I definitely understand. Here are the papers.” I’m extremely dissatisfied with Dr Deleveaux not following up with her patient. It’s unprofessional and inconsiderate. Since African American women symptoms are more likely to be dismissed, I chose her thinking I would have a different outcome. Shame on you…. If we don’t advocate for one another, no one would. Doctors really need to start taking their patients seriously. Unfortunately, now I will be forced to resign from my job of almost 10 years or face possible termination and try to find another job. This has caused a huge amount of undue stress and affected my mental health. I will not be returning to this office for care due to the lack of trust I have in this office.

Not professional at all. They will talk over you as well I called ahead of my appointment to see what the grace period was and the lady over the phone told me for 1:00pm app it is a 30 min grace period. For one I got lost because their directions aren’t clear in that building. You can’t go up the stairs to the second floor if the elevator is busy because the second floor door is locked. So that made me 1 min late and they couldn’t take me. Yes I did curse towards the situation because it wasn’t fair. Once I tried to reschedule the lady said it was a 15 min grace period and I corrected her because their associate gave me the time of 1:30. So they need more training and better more clear directions. I knew I should’ve changed my mind due to the bad comments I viewed. Communication is definitely not clear and those women show no type of care or understanding. Definitely don’t recommend if you care about your lady parts and how you are treated. If they don’t care as much as you do then it’s not worth it

I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for about 5 years now. I do like the people that work inside the actual office, but this morning I had a bad encounter with a woman that schedules appointments. I called because my doctor to me to schedule a follow up appointment with her, for numerous reasons and the person scheduling proceeded to ask very insensitive, rude, and rather inappropriate questions that did not concern scheduling my appointment. It was rather hurtful if I’m being honest. I called back in hopes of speaking with her again to inform her that our earlier conversation was not ok, hoping to prevent her from speaking to other patients the same way. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact her directly as I did not receive a name, but another person said they would be contacting their office manager and reporting her, I really hope she keeps her word.
