Days Before my Procedure I flew to California & from Denver Colorado I had the privilege of meeting them all Words can't explain... They are all beyond Amazing... Day Of ... My procedure they All made me feel so comfortable... I love the results and I'm going back again for another procedure... I've already recommended A few of my friends from Colorado... My friends sister came here a couple of years ago and he referred me here because of her great results. I wanted something near by so I felt more comfortable. The Doctor and all his staff are very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. I liked how he shows genuine care for his patients and makes sure the aftercare is followed up with. I’m very happy with my breast augmentation and how well everyone in the office has been able to work with me. I also had a chemical peel and it was great. I plan to come back in the future for more.

**Update to reply to reply" Don't insult my intelligence by telling me something happened, 'that did not happen" Yes, I did speak with office manager. Yes she did offer for me to choose an alternative date, or virtual consultation. I had already purchased my airfare and booked my trip and wanted to have consultation in person so I declined the virtual consultation. However I did want to have an alternate date booked while I was there. She said she would work on the date and she would get back to me and I never heard from her again. Also it was never told to me that there is any type of conference. This office manager told me that the lady who booked my original appointment had been fired and all of the bookings she made had to be rearranged. So now you're contradicting the office manager. JUST BE HONEST!! Get your facts straight before replying to my review of my experience, painting a different picture, so your establishment doesn't look bad. Take accountability for not having respect enough to follow through with me. Bottom line, that is what happened. I dodged a whole lot by this not working out... I would never put my well-being in the hands of individuals/ business who can't even be honest about what REALLY happened. Also, alot of this was in writing, so I do have receipts. If you'd like, I can post those conversations too. Absolutely terrible experience dealing with these people. Coming from Canada, I booked consultation months in advance, which was confirmed. Out of nowhere, I got a call from your office saying the person who booked my appointment was no longer employed with them. Therefore, they would not be honoring the appointment she booked for me. I had explained I had already booked my non-refundable flights hotel and car rental etc. They insured me they were going to work around the dates and get back to me. Never heard a word back from them, so I called again and got nothing but runaround. Told by woman on the phone that she was the office manager and she's going to get a date that works and get back to me. That was over a month ago, still no word from them. If this is how they treat potential paying patients before they even get treated, I'll pass. I wonder how the plastic surgeons would feel knowing their office staff are losing money & potential clients based on incompetent staff & their inability to do their job.

Great front desk reps, kind and responsive. Dr. J.K. had a lovely bedside manner. Makes you feel very comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend!

Finding the location purely by accident for a completely different procedure surely made my decision to do a different procedure much scarier than expected. After many postponements, I finally completed my surgeries and am thankfully pleased with my results. Dr. Jiri is a great doctor and the staff is helpful, thoughtful and more importantly pleasant. Looking forward to the final results. Thank you all!!!
