The patient is 1 month post-op from an extended wedge labiaplasty and is feeling grateful and reassured after comparing her before and after photos. While she is not fully back to normal yet, she remains 1000% confident in her decision and finds the results totally worth it. A popped internal stitch has created a small divot, delaying her clearance for intimacy by another month while it fills in. She has begun resuming daily walks but can only manage about 2 miles before needing to remove her underwear due to discomfort. As a highly active person, the lack of exercise has been the hardest part of recovery, affecting both her energy levels and emotional well-being. Despite the challenges, she is happy with her progress and looks forward to further healing.
