Ferguson Family Practice is exceptional and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The office staff is always courteous and efficient, creating a welcoming environment. Nurse practitioners Rosalind Holliday and Ashley Ferguson provide compassionate, thorough care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of this entire team.

Absolutely LOVE the team at Ferguson Family Practice. Right when you walk in, you feel like you are part of the family! My husband & I had a little bit of a scare, and they were able to get us in same day. That doesn't happen anymore. Super thankful to FFP for all you do! We will be back!

I am informing this clinic that I will never bring my wife Linda Navarre and her legally certified service dog (you have her certification card on file now) to your clinic again. My wife Linda was made to feel totally unwelcome in your clinic today. In Texas, businesses cannot legally ask for proof of service dog registration, licensing, or certification, nor can they ask for documentation like training records. They are only allowed to ask two specific questions: 1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?. My wife is a brittle diabetic. Her service dog is trained to detect high or low differences in smell of her breathe and to alert. Also notify your student nurse she needs to speak above a whisper to older patients. I normally have my wife with me to help me with hearing issues. That will not be happening anymore because of her service animal, anywhere. And why did your student nurse ask if Linda is my wife? Did she think Linda was a homeless person who followed me into the clinic? I have always been made to feel like I was in a class below that of your nurse practitioners, being blue collar. This clinic has lost several friendly and warm nurses, and no longer seems interested in patient issues. Now, it seems the proof of prepayment and copay are what is asked before arrival for appt. My insurance no longer requires a referral by my primary care professional, Im sure Cigna can find me a specialist so I can avoid visits that occur like today. I will maintain my connection to your clinic for now.

I had a recent appointment with Rosalind and she took the time to explain things to me and to offer other options which were more cost effective. Both she and Ashley have been wonderful with me since I've been a patient of theirs for 3 years now.

The first visit was with Rosalind. I arrived early and she could take me back right away! Which is the complete opposite of every other place I have been to in Texas! I had already given an idea of what rx I was looking for, when I made the appointment. Rosalind had looked up my insurance, found choices for covered prescriptions in that category and went through my best options, before I even arrived to the Clinic!!! Who is that amazing?!?! Ten stars for that alone!!!! My second visit was with Ashley for a Tempsure treatment on my face. I had read through all the Manufacturer's information and had a rough estimate that I would need to buy a package as it would be 3-5 treatments to get the optimal results I was looking for. After my first treatment, I could not be more thrilled!!! Ashley said it would give me the best results at 21 days. I was happy the next day. I had two thirds of the hanging skin on my face, tight! And today is day 14 and I can't wait to get my next treatment. I should be happy after that. It's a huge difference on my crows feet, forehead wrinkles, and laugh lines!!!!! And I am not into injections bc as a redhead, they don't last even a third of the promised time. I absolutely LOVE this place. And when I quit my insurance at the end of this year, I will be going here for all my medical needs as their cash pay price is ridiculously low!!! 💗
