Only 1 day PO, but as far as the care goes, everybody was absolutely amazing! Dr. Csikai understood exactly what my goals were, so far it appears he delivered greatly! Montana and the rest of the team had amazing bedside manners during the pre and post OP, and extra appreciation for Montana from the start. I had many hesitations leading up to the surgery and she was nothing but patient with me and assured me that’d I’d be in great care. Thank you FCPS!

Dr. Csikai was highly recommended by a friend, and I am so glad that I chose him to be my Doctor. During my first consultation I explained all of my issues and what I would like to have as the end result. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done to achieve the results I wanted. The day of my surgery I was naturally nervous. The whole entire staff put me at ease. Upon arriving I was greeted with smiles and the nursing staff all put me at ease. Dr. Csikai came in before the surgery and was so kind that all my nerves were calmed. The care I have received since the surgery has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Csikai.

Everybody from the front staff to the Doctors was amazing. They made my procedure a breeze and made me comfortable. Dr.Donovan,Dr. Csikai, Lin, and Montana were so nice, they talked to me every step of the process and took good care of me. I highly recommend this office.

My name is Erika. I got my second surgery done yesterday. (Breast reduction and lifting) All the staff, front desk, doctors, and nurses are very nice, friendly, and very professional. Day of surgery: The OR nurses and anaesthesiologist were amazing. Surgery of any kind can be an stress-inducing experience, and Dr. CK and his team have been available to answer questions no matter how annoying they may be along the way. Only constructive feedback I have at this stage from a post-op perspective is the post-op appt felt very rushed compared to others I’ve had in the past—would have liked better post-op education from the assistant at the first post-op appointment. I didn’t really get much education in the way of post-op exercises and/or how to conduct lymphatic drainage massage (I was told just to rub in circles but think this has more to do with breaking down fibrosis than assisting lymph drainage). So you really have to do a lot of your own independent research on how it’s done etc. Also the post-op garment was not sized correctly for the surgical area—I had to advocate (politely) for myself to get it corrected. Losing precious weeks of adequate necessary compression which will affect long-term results, and they didn’t seem all that bothered by it—not sure they truly care about results or patient satisfaction, just $$. 5 month Update: Post-op is sorely lacking. Such a big cotrast to how great surgery day was. Post-op is 50 percent of results so it needs to be a bigger deal. Felt like I was the only one remotely concerned about it. They don’t seem to care to be honest. Montana doesn’t seem experienced and too scared to touch patients, and does not seem that knowledgeable overall. As far as Dr CK—his bedside manner is nice but I felt very poor assessments post-op—didn’t seem thorough at all. Also his work isn’t the best when it comes to symmetry—there are areas he left too much or took too little. Basically took post-op into my own hands which costs more and my results are ok by lumpy/fibrotic in places, so have a lot to do on my own to tweak my results but I feel confident. Surgeon initially brushed concerns about lumpiness in my abdomen off—blamed it on loose skin even though plenty of photos on Realself.com and research would suggest the wavy and unevenness is not loose skin but characteristic of fibrotic bands, etc. Loose skin is at the mercy of gravity and not something that goes from left to right like that… Excuses and blame shifting are always such a turn off to me and not how a professional conducts business. A bit disappointed at the response. But either way seems they don’t have the ability to do much but more lipo. I’d find a surgeon that can do manual drainage if needed, lymphatic massage and ultrasound/RF if needed to manage results. Saw a recent post in Ponte Vedra/Saint Augustine facebook requesting plastic surgeon recommendations and this practice wasn’t mentioned once.Just something to consider.
