I was once a personal trainer, in tip top shape. Having a tough pregnancy in my mid-30’s seems to have set the stage for the last few years of mind-boggling fitness/lifestyle issues. Struggling to correct a hormone imbalance seemed to have confused my previous naturopathic physician (located in CA). All of my symptoms and research pointed to testosterone deficiency, but no one wanted to discuss it being an issue. After finally being tested and on the lower range, my levels took a dramatic dip. I was left to wallow in my depression and made to feel like I was crazy for years. That testosterone isn’t a woman’s concern.
Since relocating to VB, I’ve only had my initial consultation since labs were drawn at Fountain of You. Dr. Pandajis was such a breath of fresh air! For once, I didn’t have to fight through brain fog to remember all of my symptoms. It was like I found someone who not only understands, but believes there is an issue AND a solution. I look forward to working with her in becoming a better, healthier and happier me!

I want to commend Fountain of You MD for their excellent service. Samantha was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions over the phone with professionalism and kindness. Even though I ultimately decided to go a different route, I greatly appreciated her assistance and the time she took to guide me through the process.

Ive been coming to this office for 7months now and extremely thankful for the results I am seeing. I have so much more energy now. I'm able to get back into the gym, my recovery time is better and I can power through more intense workouts! The staff is always very friendly and helpful everytime I go into the office.
