I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Barr and his staff. I recently had an awake mini facelift and the results are amazing. I feel so much more confident and happy about my appearance. From the minute I walked in, Carla made me feel at home and comfortable. She answered any questions that I had and made me feel less scared, as this was my first time for cosmetic surgery. Dr. Barr is an amazingly skilled surgeon and he becomes your friend as well as your doctor. Kassidy, his surgical assistant is also top notch and makes you feel very comfortable. The office staff is on top of it. I don’t think I could have asked for better results or service. Thank you Dr. Barr!

I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Barr for the mini lift. I am a petite lady wanted to have my Jowls lifted, which were not severe. He placed me in front of a mirror, lifted each side of my face and said, “I will give you a nice natural look” well, I still had the same “slightly” Droopy jowls!! The left side was worse than what it had been initially.😩 I had mentioned on more than one occasion that the left side did not seem to be healing properly— when requesting a meeting with him to show that there had been no change after surgery, he said to me well, it’s because you’re a jaw is crooked!! What?!!!! That was news to my dentist!!!!! He then proceeded to doodle on a piece of paper, saying my jaw is like a mountain and coming towards the bottom is a cliff!! What? He then insisted that I look up at him and his doodling on paper—— it is my opinion and experience that Dr. Barr is not updated on his procedures. He is in his 70s and it is time for him to hang out in Surgical 🧰 tools. $8500 out the window$$. He did say he would do the surgery again and or give me fillers —-whether I still had to pay, he did not say. If surgery wasn’t right the first time, why would you want one to put a knife to you the second time!!!!!!! By the way, the left side of my face and jaw is worse than what it was initially. I am a petite lady 108 pounds, my situation was not severe so it should have been an easy lift for him. He also asked questions while under sedation they were totally inappropriate. His helpers /assistant ,who have been with him for many years, will absolutely support him because they do not want to be unemployed!!!!! I can't recommend Dr. Barr enough. My experience with him and his staff for a mini face lift and brow lift was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Barr's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain the procedures, but he also listened attentively to my concerns and ensured that all my questions were answered. Dr. Frederic Barr is perhaps one of the most talented, accomplished, and genteel surgeons I have ever met. I've had a number of surgeries over many years by surgeons considered to be at the pinnacle in their fields, and they were excellent, but Dr. Barr has created a facial surgical technique that is almost miraculous. I waited close to 20 years to have my breast implants removed. My right implant had become encapsulated and was very painful. I went to so many surgeons over the years and never found the right doctor. When I met Dr. Barr all of that changed. Not only did he have positive reviews, but I knew he was the surgeon when I went to my first appointment. He was so knowledgeable and honest about what to expect after surgery. He did not sugarcoat anything. His staff (Candy, Yvette, Carla, Kassidy & Amber) have been very supportive and kind. No matter how many times I called before my surgery day, and after, they patiently walked me through each step calming my fears and answering my questions. I am 3 months post surgery now.
