I am giving 5 stars as overall my experience is good and Dr. Williams has been my doctor through 3 pregnancies and 3 births so far. All turned out very well and I have 3 very healthy and happy babies now. I know there have been some issues with office staff. However in most recent experiences I have great experience will all office and support personnel. I had my most recent baby in April and my experience through this pregnancy was overall very good. I just called the office today to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. I even called back about 5 minutes later to change the appointment I had just made and the person was still very nice and showed no signs of annoyance with me calling twice within 10 minutes. However most of all, I could not put into words my appreciation for Dr. Williams and how good of a doctor he is and the comfort level he provides for though the whole pregnancy and delivery as well as after care. I give him a lot of the credit for the fact I have 3 beautiful and thriving babies. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Unfortunately (or fortunately) there is sometimes a turnover of staff and some are nice and some have not been (currently all are great in my opinion) but regardless of this, as long as Dr. Williams is there I will always choose this office for any pregnancies. If you’re looking for a good doctor for prenatal care, delivery and postnatal care I would highly recommend him. P.S. my experiences with Leslie have also all been great and she’s always treated me well and answered any questions I have had.

The lady at the front desk with dark brown hair and glasses is incredibly rude and completely lacks empathy. Such a horrible experience. Dealing with her alone makes me not want to come back to this place.

I have been a patient of this office for many many years. Dr Williams always has a smile. Says hello and remembers my name. Leslie Pope is by far THE BEST. Always greats with a smile and takes the extra time to listen to concerns. Every procedure I’ve had, Leslie keeps me calm with her loving caring voice. Even tells me something to keep me calm. Even if I am only there for a simple test both Dr. Williams and Leslie great me with a warm smile. Only office I will ever go to.

I called this office back in 2023. July to be exact. I called trying to become established as a new paitent as I had just moved back to California. The office staff members were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. I was greeted with attitude each time I called. I was denied to the practice as the office staff stated Dr Williams wouldn’t work with me since I was “to high risk.” However, at the time of my delivery Dr Williams was the doctor who was on call. My delivery did end in a csection but Dr Williams was professional and made sure I was comfortable during my delivery. He even came back throughout my stay to make sure my pain was manageable and that we were taking infection risk protocols. I was overall happy with my experience with Dr Williams himself but was strongly upset with the experience navigating his office staff. I highly recommend obtaining new office staff members or mandating they improve their professionalism dealing with clients.

Dr. Williams has been my go to doctor since 2012 with my first & again in 2015 with my second. I am back with my third pregnancy 2023. Unfortunately I am high risk this time around but Dr. Williams & his team have been very helpful and supportive. They have answered all my questions & I always feel like top priority every time. 100% recommend Generation of Women. Miss Robin is the sweetest lady, I love seeing her. Leslie Pope, is extremely helpful and very informative. Samantha & Jenifer always make scheduling easy for me. Baby was born strong and healthy, Thank you Dr. Williams & Team 🥰
