I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you're looking for great results. I underwent a double BBL and Lipo 360, but my stomach is still not flat, and it looks like I never had a BBL. From the moment I left surgery, I was unhappy with the results. I consistently voiced my concerns during post-op massages, and I was told to wait three months to see improvements. When I went for my three-month follow-up, my body looked the same—no hips, no noticeable buttocks. The surgeon suggested I could do another round, but that felt completely unjustified. My body looks like no work was done at all. I tried reaching out to express my dissatisfaction, and after being promised a manager would contact me, it’s been over two months with no follow-up. Save your money and avoid this place. I deeply regret this decision.

I had a very disappointing experience with Goals Plastic Surgery and Dr. Perkins. Four months ago, I underwent a Lipo 360 with fat transfer to the buttocks. From the beginning, my goal was clear: reduce abdominal fat and enhance my glutes. Despite following every post-op instruction — including all 22 lymphatic massages and properly wearing my faja — I saw absolutely no results. My stomach looks the same, and there’s no visible enhancement in my buttocks. I honestly feel scammed. I’ve tried reaching out to the clinic multiple times to express my concerns, but I haven’t received any real solution or accountability. I invested a lot of money, time, and trust — and unfortunately, none of it paid off. I do not recommend this clinic or Dr. Perkins. The lack of professionalism, follow-up, and results in my case was extremely disappointing.

My overall experience with Goals Plastic Surgery has been an unpleasant one. I definitely think that a lot of these people mostly the women but I’m going to say the overall team in ALL DEPARTMENTS can definitely use a refresher course on RESPECT, TIME MANAGEMENT, COMMUNICATION and PROFESSIONALISM. Few of These patient consultants are not so great once they take your deposit they ghost you with little to no communication and don’t follow up. Their concern is talking you into making a decision and taking deposit and on to find the next. ALL SUPERVISORS/MANAGERS NEED TO BE FIRED OR REPLACED! They are absolutely no help whatsoever do they even exist??? You can never speak to anyone in charge and they refuse to come to the phones or speak to you directly in any situation. Scheduling has got to be one of the worst departments with the constant cancellations and LACK OF COMMUNICATION with each location and their assistants which they should all have and better management of these DRs. scheduling calendars. This place I will say do not have any consideration for peoples time they way they expect you to have for theirs. A lot of their policies needs to be changed along with all the hidden fees they like to constantly hit you with when most of the issues start with them! Maria from Concierge did an EXCELLENT JOB with assisting me she needs a damn promotion!! A lot of people are convinced by what they see on social media and these celebrities that they post. Little do most people know you do not always see results the first round then theirs corrections that most times need to be made. Also, most times they get their work done elsewhere and for promotional purposes they go to Goals. My first round with Dr. Lyons I was completely unsatisfied with his work especially since I took my time to search him and look up his work. So for his time in the surgical/medical field he should’ve done a way better job. Unevenly distributing fat as if it wasn’t noticeable straight off the table says A LOT about him and about his work ethic. It’s unfortunate that Peter has to pay for Paul because not all are bad but Goals Plastic Surgery needs to do some surgery of their own. This place needs some CORRECTION!

Goals has been great for me! Scheduled me super fast and the doctors were all very understanding. I’m incredibly pleased with the results and I will definitely be recommending to any of my friends

Horrible. I regret I got my BBl there . Rude surgeon who refused to hear my preferences . If I could put 0 star i would . Seems like only they care is money. Everything was fast like fast food shop . Never had chance to talk to my doctor before day of surgery . Was painful. They did not provide enough anestezia . Was so painful. I cried . My legs started shaking and nurse just was holding my leg instead of giving me extra shot . Painful experience. Glad they didn’t kill me . Butcher shop
