I recently underwent an Otoplasty with Dr. Greco, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience & results. I had been considering this procedure for years, thoroughly researching and consulting with multiple doctors before making my decision. Living just outside of Manhattan, I had access to many top surgeons in NYC, but Dr. Greco stood out above the rest.
After my procedure, he went above and beyond - he checked on me at my hotel and called me each night to ensure I was healing well. When I felt nervous about suture removal, he set aside extra time in his schedule to accommodate me and ensure I was comfortable.
His Medical Assistant, Corinne, was also fantastic. She answered all my questions and provided valuable insights regarding both my Otoplasty and my skin concerns. I had such a great experience + result with Dr. Greco that I’ll definitely be returning to treat my acne scars soon!

This doctor the absolute best! Your facelift will cost more than anywhere else in Philly but there is a reason for that. And it’s your face! Do you really want to cut corners on your face? My results were amazing, so natural looking too. And he is so dedicated, the aftercare is all included im the price and he checks on you every day for quite awhile. He actually made a special trip in to see me over Easter weekend because I was experiencing a complication that could have landed me in the hospital. And since facelift is an elective procedure, that would not have been covered by insurance. Truly cannot recommend Dr. Greco enough.

I recently had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Greco and his incredible staff and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Dr. Greco took the time to thoroughly explain my upcoming surgery and answered my numerous questions, making sure I felt comfortable.
The surgery was a month ago, and I am still recovering, but I am so happy with my results. Dr Greco is an excellent surgeon.
I would highly recommend Dr. Greco for any facial surgery. I would also like to give a shout out to his staff, Amber, Danielle, Whitney, and Corinne, who were always so kind and patient with me.

Dr. Greco exceeded my expectations! Dr. Greco and his staff were very professional and explained everything with lots of detail. Afterwards I felt little to no pain and the follow up with him was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was doing ok! I highly recommend him for your facial plastic needs!

Dr. Timothy Greco and his staff were excellent. Even though my surgery went well, Dr. Greco called me several times afterwards to follow up on how I was doing. He is an excellent surgeon and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. His staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always fulfilled any requests that I had. I am very happy with the results and blessed I found a great surgeon!
