Dr. Sohn performed my breast augmentation in 2015 and I had a wonderful experience with him and his staff then. I am now four weeks post-op from my breast explant which Dr. Sohn also performed and I am truly blown away by him and his staff again. Everyone is so comforting, honest, and kind. I was given all my options without feeling coerced or pressured into more procedures. The procedure was reasonably priced. The entire staff were incredibly accommodating, and warm to my kids when I had to bring them along to appts. I truly felt like I was in good hands from before, during, and after the surgery.

Very disappointed. I was referred to Hankins by a friend so I booked a consultation. When I went in everything seemed normal. When the PA or assistant brought me back, I told her what I was in for, but I was caught off guard when she started talking against the procedure. She then defaulted to a different procedure but gave major reasons to reconsider that one too. I finally opted to waiting to meet with the dr so I could go over it with him. She said she'd bring me books to look through. . . but never came back and I was left sitting in there for an hour, dressed in a robe. I finally went out after an hour in my robe and found a woman who worked there. I asked what happened and that I had been sitting in there for an hour without anyone coming back with even books and she told me they're running behind. I told them I had to go and went and got changed. No one was up at the front when I left so I just walked out. This was a big consultation for me but confirmed for me at least that maybe I am not meant to have it. I of all people understand that people can run behind, but no one came into talk to me or even move to the next step and give me books of their work to look through. I was really looking forward to meeting with them but definitely have hesitation now because if they forget me in the room who's to say what will happen in a procedure. I don't write negative reviews unless I'm deeply upset, I would advise this practice to work on their customer service protocols when they're behind or busy because it took an hour and a half of my day to plug this in.

If I could give Dr. Sohn a 10-star review on Google, I would do it in a heartbeat! Dr. Sohn and his team are the most professional, courteous, knowledgable, skilled, and compassionate medical professionals from whom I have ever received medical care. My complex facial surgery was flawlessly administered and Dr. Sohn explained every step of the procedure in intricate detail to ease my anxiety. He offers superb communication with his patients and his entire team were supportive and attentive to me through the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone considering surgery.

Dr. Hankins did my original breast augmentation and he did an amazing job the first time. I just went back and had him replace the implants and it was just as amazing the second time. I looove the results and the procedure was so easy and the recovery was even easier. My experience with all of the staff was top notch! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hankins.
