I went to Dr. Harrington to use the new ExoMind machine they use for depression and brain fog. Dr. Harrington and all of her staff are very professional and easy to talk to! I never once felt uncomfortable during my procedures. The procedure itself has been pivotal to both my professional and personal life— I find I have more energy, my stressors don’t overwhelm me as much, and I have more focus when accomplishing my daily tasks. It’s non-invasive and actually quite a peaceful procedure. Thank you to Dr. Harrington and the entire staff at H&A, you are the best!

Extremely Disheartening Experience – Avoid at All Costs
If you're looking to waste your time, money, and resources on a botched job, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend seeking out other practitioners, especially if you are a woman of color, as it feels like you're not going to be treated with the same respect and care. Unfortunately, I felt that the staff here, particularly the women, were more interested in making sure I didn’t look or feel beautiful than actually providing professional, quality care.
The experience was beyond disappointing, and I truly regret choosing this facility. Please, if you’re considering surgery, do your homework and look for a surgeon who will prioritize your needs and make you feel comfortable, valued, and safe.

This is the best medical experience I've ever had. By far. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. The entire staff is professional, personable, and caring. I had a bad experience with another provider and had anxiety about having the surgery. They did excellent job calming me down by explaining everything and delivered on their words. Exceeding my expectations. Dr. Jennifer Harrington did an amazing job! She's the LeBron James of plastic surgery ☺️ Sustained excellence. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Jen.
