Exactly what I was looking for and should have started coming here years ago. I was previously seeing my Primary for my OBGYN needs but did not feel I was getting the care I needed anymore.so happy I switched. Kendra was kinda and she listened. She was thorough and did a full exam and addressed my individual concerns. I felt seen as a patient and am happy to be a patient here.

Such an amazing place that provides amazing care. Staff is so welcoming. I go to heartfelt to see my OB Dr. Rubinstein. She's been the best on helping me get through my first pregnancy and making sure i'm well taken care of. Highly recommend Heartfelt and Dr. Rubinstein

Hope they are wanting an honest review. When I had my first child I connected very well with my provider and her nurse. Sadly they both moved on by the time my second came around. I did not connect as well with my second provider or nurse. They are very nice people, just no connection for me which I feel is important. However they are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and try their best to make me comfortable (I absolutely appreciate their efforts) they get 5 stars for that as feel the connection problem is on my end. Now.. they get 3 stars for no longer having the ability to print ultrasound pictures.. I was so disappointed that I cried (hormonal probably) but regardless I feel like I should have known that ahead of time. EVERY expectant mother is looking forward to walking out the door with those precious pictures in hand. I got to take a picture of the screen (quality was not there) and the pictures were EVENTUALLY sent through their version of patient portal. Ya'll, it's just not the same. The disappointment was real,I'll have to figure out where to print for the baby book. All in all it was an okay experience and I would recommend. Just ask questions first and don't let your expectations get to high before your first appointment. Praying for a healthy baby.

I have had a few miscarriages and even had to have a DNC done for twins. While I was extremely distraught and scared they had made sure to be there with answers to any questions and open arms for comfort. I later found out I was pregnant again and ended up with vanishing twin but they monitored very closely to be sure everything with other baby was going well and how it should. While it was hard loosing one I am thankful they took the extra time to help reassure me that at least one was making it and developing healthy and strong. I have had the best experience out of all my pregnancies with heartfelt and their staff.

I can’t thank Dr. Matlock and her nurse Nicole enough for the incredible care they provided throughout my pregnancy. They were always compassionate, thorough, and made me feel heard every step of the way. They answered my many questions and addressed my concerns. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend them for all future mamas. Thank you again!
