Following my consultation, I had a a hydra facial performed by April. The procedure was well worth it and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. My skin looked rejuvenated and had a lovely glow. April was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable during the service. My only complaint is that I felt rushed afterward. After April completed the procedure she told me she would meet me outside and left me in the room to get dressed and gather my belongings. I got up immediately and started getting dressed. As I was getting dressed, she knocked on my door as if to say "hurry up" and I said something to the effect of just a minute. To my surprise she knocked a second time. That was very discourteous, and unprofessional. I have never experienced this at any other place, so I was stunned . Was I supposed to walk out of the room half dressed? I was not in the room longer than it takes the average person to slip out of the garment they provide and get dressed, so this was unwarranted and downright rude.Please do better on that front, thanks. If knocking on a client's door multiple times while they are getting dressed after you have stated that you will meet them outside once they are ready is what you consider attentive , I'm dumfounded. Has the definition of attentive changed? That is unacceptable. Just acknowledge it and do better moving forward.

Laura is very professional with great bedside manner. I love working with her. I definitely recommend coming here for treatments and consultations. I had a negative experience at Dr. Browns dermatologist office up the road and was treated properly when I called Hill Country Med Spa and met Laura!

I had an appointment with Laura today. Botox, needles (what needles!!? ) she was so incredibly gentle, it was almost unbelievable. After my session was done, the Serenity room was available and I spent a few minutes there before leaving. What an amazing experience. I am a male getting testosterone pellets every 5 months. Been coming here for a number of years now. The staff here are great! Nice and friendly and seldom have to wait more than a few minutes. Theresa, the provider that does my pellets, is phenomenal! Very caring, takes all the time you need, and is highly concerned with your comfort. I can't say enough good about her and this practice!
