My experience with Dr. Vial and his staff was absolutely top notch. I went to him for a second opinion consultation after having decided to have a cosmetic surgery. His knowledge, compassion, and understanding of my wants and needs far exceeded my expectations and I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. He didn’t try to fit me into a box and do the “easy” fix. My overall experience with the Dr and all of his nurses, front desk, and billing staff from consultation to post surgery follow-ups was exceptional!! All of the women were so personable, comforting, and encouraging. They were my biggest cheerleaders from start to finish and the way they were almost as excited about my results as I am made the experience that much sweeter. I am elated with my results and will recommend Dr Vial to anybody I know looking for cosmetic surgery!!

⸻ I had a prophylactic double mastectomy with DIEP reconstruction, and you honestly wouldn’t know it—my results look more like I had a Mommy Makeover. Dr. Vial is truly exceptional at what he does. His skill, precision, and artistry are unmatched. Dr. Vial and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Every single member of his staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease during what could otherwise be a very overwhelming process. One time, I had to bring my kids to an appointment, and the staff went above and beyond to make it easy—they changed the music to something kid-friendly and even gave them snacks to keep them entertained. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about the kind of care they provide. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the results. Dr. Vial’s attention to detail and genuine care for his patients shines through in everything he does. I would recommend him and his team without hesitation! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vial, Anna, and the entire office staff. Going through a double mastectomy was one of the most challenging experiences of my life; Dr. Vial treated me as a *person* first and foremost throughout the entire experience, approaching with compassion and care. His skill as a surgeon is meticulous--he knows exactly what to do to get specific results, and the aftercare instructions his patients need to follow (especially a body healing from the aftermath of cancer surgeries). And the physical results WERE one of the most important parts of my experience with Dr. Vial--but I also didn't realize how much I needed the kindness I encountered throughout my entire experience with him and his staff. They listen--truly listen--to your concerns, pains, hopes, and experience. Dr. Vial is realistic while being compassionate. I told him at my last appointment: "You changed my life for the better." I meant it. Thank you Dr. Vial, Anna, Shayla, Courtney, Elizabeth, and everyone else who helped in my breast cancer journey (and journey back to health). I appreciate you all more than you know.

Words can’t express how much I appreciate everything Dr. Vial & his team has done for me with my surgery!! Anna also provided so much support to me & always made me feel so comfortable. Shayla was there for me when I needed questions answered and always very helpful when I needed her. The whole staff is like a family and their all so professional and friendly, kind & caring!!! The first day I met Dr. Vial I knew I was in good hands & he pulls no punches and will tell you exactly how it is no matter what…. I mean that in a good way! He is the most caring, respectful, honest, trustworthy & professional plastic surgeon you could ask for. I wouldn’t trust anyone else because in my opinion I think he’s that good & so is is team!

I was diagnosed with DCIS and I opted for a nipple sparing mastectomy with implant reconstruction. My process involved multiple surgeries, and while this was overwhelming at first, I felt supported and sincerely cared for by Dr. Vial and his team. My focus here was to get rid of the DCIS and reduce recurrence risk, which we did but factually I ended up looking better than I did before. Dr. Vial and Anna have compassion for breast cancer patients and make a tough situation easier by creating beautiful results. They will only recommend what is realistic and they will be very clear about the process. Follow their guidelines and hear them out because they know what they are doing. During my procedures at the hospital and surgery centers, other nurses and doctors commented often on how lucky I was to have Dr. Vial as my surgeon. He is so detailed and treats his patients with the utmost respect. I never asked and they offered this information which speaks volumes about his reputation. In addition, during my follow-up appointments I noticed the number of people in the lobby who were driving a long distance to see Dr. Vial. I am not surprised because if you do research and read his many excellent reviews you will determine that if you need the services of plastic surgery this is the only doctor in Central Oregon you want.
